DOESNT HOLD ON
This is a great product, but it doesn't hold on no matter if you clean the window, adjust the sucking doesn't stay put and falls all the time . it doesn't support the cat
Product only lasted 3 months
My cats absolutely loved it however it already ripped at the support straps. We ordered it in March & I think it should definitely of held up longer than 3 months, especially for what we paid for it.
Already broken
I added pictures to show the broken part. But, one of the main straps is already broken less than a month after buying. We buy this brand of wall clings and haven’t had any issues. I am so disappointed and hope chewy can replace it for me!! My cats love the tree but it can barely hold them with the strap broken!
Doesn't fold up
This is a great product, but it doesn't fold up as advertised which is a major bummer for us. We contacted K&H directly and they said that they needed to change the advertisement for this product. It's great if you don't mind it being out always, but for us, it was kind of a deal breaker and we won't use it.
