I ordered tis for Jack's first birthday. I was excited to mount it for him because I knew he would love it. It stayed up for about a week before it started to fall down. I have tried everything and it will not stick to the window. I am very disappointed. I wish I could send it back but I threw away all of the packaging.
Followed the instructions to a T and the suction cups would still slide down or fall off in less than a couple of hours. My cat barely got on it and an hour later it started coming down so she didn't want to get back on even after I tried setting it back up.
Let me tell you, it worked great for awhile but now. It’s terrible!!! If I didn’t want to waste my money by throwing it away. I would. No matter how many times I clean the window. No matter how many times I clean the suction cups. The stupid thing will NOT stay on the window. It’s beyond frustrating when you thing you finally have it working/sticking again then you hear a noise? Then guess what? It’s not sticking an laying flat on the window. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy it!!! The picture is after I’ve tried for 15 minutes of continuously resticking the cups to the windows. I give up!! That’s why I had to worn other people not to buy this
We had a one tier window perch, but one of our kittens hogs it so we got another for the other kitten. Took a couple times to get one of the suction cups to stay on. Love the folding ability that allows us to bring the blinds down and the kittens love to lounge here! Would order again
My two cats are about 20lbs each and both enjoy sitting on the same tier with each other. This holds up hell here well and is sturdy for my cats to jump up and down off of it from the floor.
We've installed the window platforms, but only one of our 2 cats has tried the lower tier. We were hoping Buster would try it as he's 16 lbs. and need to know if it will hold his weight. So far Gabbi has only gotten on the bottom tier once that we have seen.
I have five cats, they’ve all been on it at some point. One of them is on it all the time. It can be a bit of a challenge to get all the suction cups to hold, but keep trying! My three young boys weigh between 12 and 14 pounds, and they’ve all been on it at the same time and it stayed put!
My cat likes it. But the material of the bed makes noise while my cat is moving. It makes my cat anxious but my cat may need more time to get used to it. Other aspects are great. Comfortable. And it can be high enough for my cat to feel safe. But my cat doesn’t stay on the top. It prefers bottom level which has more space.
Took about 5 minutes to hang it up. The suction cups are a lot more sturdy than I thought they were going to be. It’s been up a few days now and I haven’t had to readjust them at all. I did soften the cups up in hot water before I hung them so I think that helps. The cats can’t get enough of the new tree!
Theo jumped on this before I had even started attaching the suction cups. I literally had to try to balance it and suction the cups while he was already jumping up and down between all the levels. It seems super sturdy, although I've had it up for all of 30 minutes, but he's jumped on it full force from a nearby cat tree and been playing on it nonstop. Fwiw. He weighs about 7 pounds. So far, it seems like a win! It gives him his own space to look out the sliding window while my needs-a-lot-of-personal-space 4 year old cat lays on the floor and looks out. Hopefully the increase in window real estate reduces arguments.
