  • Heated cat house

At first the cats were leery because the shelter is enclosed, and most likely reminded them of the cat carrier, and they probably thought they were going to the v e t. I raised half of the enclosure and removed the velcro plastic doorways. Once they realized it they could come and go, they cozied right up in there. It's a nice that warm spot(But not too warm). In 2 days I was able to put the side back down, and they are not afraid to go inside, at all.( it also helped that we placed it near a wall, so they already felt that they weren't suddenly closed in). Sometimes I'll see one of the cats going towards this fabulous warm bed, and I can tell when the others inside. • Purrfect for southern cat who hates the cold

    By on

This winter has been a struggle for my cat that hates the cold but hates being inside more. This heated house has been perfect addition so far. I have it setup outside on a concrete pad under our covered porch. Within minutes of realizing it was out there Chester immediately jumped in to get warmed up. It worked great and he stays in it most nights now. The cloth exterior construction seems to be well insulated but I would not leave it exposed to rain or snow. All in all though it has done its job of keeping Chester warm and happy.

  • Little house

    By on

Make sure you completely read the description! The house is exactly as described which is very small. Purchased for a feral cat that has adopted us. Being too small for him we made him another outdoor house with 2 totes but we used the heated pad and he’s very comfortable now during this cold winter! The item is as described so be aware of your needs.

  • Great cat house

I love everything about this heated cat house and my cats do too. I love how quickly it was shipped and how easy it was to set up. Very durable and easy to clean. Great price too. Worth every penny. I will definitely buy more. Just bought one now to see if I like it and I love it. So I need 3 more since I have 4 cats.

  • Cat A-frame

    By on

Our 19 year old cat loves this little cat condo for our covered back patio. At her age, she has trouble staying warm so I bought her this for outside time during the day. It's perfect for her needs. I removed the front door and she started using it right away. It's just the perfect size for her - she's about 8 or 9 lbs now.

  • Gracie's house

We live in the Heartland and this Dec.17 and the start of Jan.18 has been brutal. our outside cat Gracie loves her new A frame. We have had temps in the single digits at night. This cat house has saved her life. We tried to catch her to come in but she won't let you...anyone have an outside cat. this works..The warmth of the bottom keeps the cats internal organs warm. We did put a couple warm blankets on the top that folded around at night to keep the extreme cold out. during the day we pulled it away from the front,, This is a Winner!!!!

  • Great little heated house!

    By on

We purchased this for a feral cat that had been hanging out on our back porch. After a few days she started to go in the house to get warm. She hangs out in the house all the time now! We had a heavy snow and it was comforting to us to know she had a warm place to go!

  • great product

I bought this for an outdoor stray cat that had been sleeping on our porch. When the temps got below 0*F consistently, I felt bad and bought this for the kitty. I was skeptical of the design (it came folded up in a box), but it has held up outside. The cat seems to really enjoy it, and sleeps in there almost every night (even when it has been warmer). The heated bed is nice and toasty.

  • Jury's Out

When you read the online description, this item says it is "large enough for several cats," but I don't see how that's possible. When it came, the BOX says, "Perfect for a single kitty." That's more like it, but I would like to have my cats be able to use it together. It MIGHT be okay, but like I said, I don't yet see how. If I had known, I would have ordered the larger size.

  • Don't bother

This product isn't worth the price. I'm sorry I spent this money to help keep my farm cats warm outdoors in sub-freezing weather. The warming pad is a good idea, but the frame isn't a comfortable fit for a large cat.
