Can you tell me where the zipper is located on this bed? The bed we currently have, the zipper is located at the top which makes putting the foam back into the cover rather difficult after washing the cover.

The Small bed weighs approximately 2 pounds, the Medium bed 3 pounds, and the Large bed 5 pounds.
Can you wash the memory foam?

The manufacturer does not advise washing memory foam. Memory foam has different properties from regular foam and washing can destroy the foam. Also, memory foam will hold liquid for long periods of time, so allowing it to get saturated with liquid can create mildew and mold inside the memory foam cells. You can spot clean small areas with a mild detergent such as Woolite by spraying a small amount on the area. Leave it for about 30 minutes, then with a clean, damp cotton cloth, press the mattress until all the detergent is cleaned away. Allow it to dry for at least 48 hours in a well ventilated area with windows. This should be done no more than once a year.

Well worth it.

In 2014 we purchased two of these beds for our schnauzer and cocker spaniel. This is now 2021 and these beds are still almost like new. We do unzip the covers, every couple weeks and throw them in the washer. Our dogs loved them. Highly recommended.

Nice firm dog bed

Bought this bed for my bedroom after a newbie to my room got bored and unstuffed the pillow bed. This bed is nice and firm, not too big for a bedroom. My girls really like it!

My dogs love it!

My two mini schnauzers love their new bed. From the moment I put the bed on the floor for them, they immediately jumped on, sniffed and then settled down on it. They love it! I like the look, feel and size of the bed. It's perfect!

he likes it fine

overall, i received what i needed. the bed is the correct dimensions for the bay window in which it sits and was in a price range i was willing to pay. the fleecy cover is very soft - although it is white which means more washings. the foam insert seems a little thin, but firm enough. i added a layer of batting to the foam just because the cover was looking way too loose. my dog is ok with it so that makes me ok with it.

I’m so disappointed in Chewy

I ordered two matching beds to fit inside of a custom built dog crate. I received my order and there was only one bed. I called Chewy immediately and the lady informed me the bed was now out of stock. I also waited 10 days for my order. She put in a request to send me the same bed in another color. Wasn’t too happy about that but needed that size. She then said someone would call me back to give me an update. Three days later I decide to call them back after not hearing from them and was informed that couldn’t happen since a different color cost more. I would’ve never ordered those beds if I was to only get one in the first place. I was a first time customer too. I’ll never order from them again. I now have a crate with one bed to only fill half and must now try and find the same size again.

It's a hit!

Our dog has shunned dog beds for the past several years - until now. He had started climbimg on the couch at night, so I knew it was time to try again. After reading, shopping around and mattress squeezing, I ordered this bed. The dog actually smiled when we unwrapped it and jumped on immediately. The bed is good looking and the foam seems to be just the right density, firm enough and thick enough to be truly supportive but still cushy for tired limbs. It is a good looking dog bed and the cover is easy to clean.
