I've had this for about 2 years now and 2-3 of my 5 cats use it. Not all the time but enough to make it worth the money. It's very big and very sturdy material but was a little flimsy (loose) when hanging up. So we took some dow rods and cut them to go all around the frame including using the inside openings to go 2 "floors" ?? Hard to explain. The only downside is that you can't close the door that its hanging on but it's easy to take down and put back up if/when needed. If you buy it and they don't use it right away, leave it there, it took quite a while for my cats to go near it so we were also a little discouraged at first and thought we wasted money. (Ours is the large size)
Hanging Cat condo

Love it. I have it hanging on an exterior door and it works great. Easy to hang, I did it by myself. Cats are using it.
Big and Sturdy
on Sep 10, 2019
The condo is bigger than I was expecting which Im fine with since I have two adult cats who will be sharing it and the material feels nice and sturdy. The only bad thing is that the bottom straps dont tighten, I try to but there's no grip so as soon as I do they immediately just loosen again. Otherwise I like the product.
Not for a small apartment

Deff not for a small apartment, way too expensive and clunky takes up too much room and my cats wouldn’t even move past the first box
HUGE but functional
on Sep 7, 2019
It didn't worked on my closets, the doors would not close. So I had to think on installing it on a room door. I keep all the rooms doors open since larger cats need more room to feel comfortable and roam freely, so if you are planning to set it on an open door with access to rooms, it is HUGE and it will cover the half of the door access... check the measurements to be sure the bulkiness will not affect you if you have a smaller home.
On the great side, it works for Main Coon and the material is good. It is not flimsy once properly set.
Great tree alternative
on Aug 1, 2019
I had to move into a family members guest room with my two cats when a flash flood destroyed my apartment, along with both of our cat trees. This condo has been great to allow my cats a safe place to sleep and fun place to play. The large was too big to fit in the bedroom doors, but I ordered the small after I realized that and it came in less than 48 hours.
Don’t Touch My House
on Aug 23, 2019
My cat Gizmo absolutely loves this contraption. She rushes through the holes as if she’s a mad dasher, haha. She also does this thing where she rushes to it if you touch it, as if she’s saying, “Don’t touch my house!”. Haha
My 3 Cats Wont Use It! Giant & Waste Of Space!
on Jul 14, 2019
Was hoping this would be a good thing for my 3 cats. None of them are taking to it. They want to jump on the very top and that's it, which they can't. Too weak to support them.
This thing is huge and takes up a lot of space!
I lost a lot of money with this, just trying to make my cats happy when I can afford it. Rather depressed over this buy.
Favorite resting and play place
on Jun 28, 2019
Both of my cats love this, but for different reasons. One really enjoys sleeping in it since he can hide in the 2nd or 3rd levels without being immediately apparent. My other cat enjoys scaling it at quickly as possible and getting up above the top compartment. It's very sturdy and quite large. This makes a nice alternative to typical cat trees.
Our Cleo baby loves it!
on Jun 29, 2019
We never knew cat condos existed until I stumbled upon it on chewy. Deciding to get this was the best idea. Our Cleo loves to be put in the top hole and climb all the way down, over and over. This is a must have for kitty parents who have adventurous cats.
