Cautions

Consult your veterinarian before use with young puppies/kittens, convalescent pets, during surgery/surgery recovery, or any animal that cannot voluntarily remove themselves from the heated pad. K&H recommends using only the Deluxe Lectro-Kennel Heated Pad for these animals as this pad has an adjustable thermostat. Do not place pad in confined area where the pet does not have the ability to remove themselves from the pad. Always allow your pet enough space to be able choose if they want to rest on the pad or off the pad.

  • GREAT kitty house

    By on

Rec'd my order in just a few days. Put it together in just minutes! We have a barn cat that this is perfect for. Sat it just inside the tack room for her. It stays dry and out of the wind and the bed warms just enough to keep her body heat in. This little Heated Kitty House is the answer for many trying to keep outside cats comfy, dry and warm all winter. This spring I will unplug it and she will still have her own little spot to sleep in. She usually tunnels through hay and stays warm that way. She has now officially graduated to being the barn queen now instead of just the barn mouser. For those trying to help outside cats (feral, etc), this is your answer! Just keep it dry. They will love Rec'd my order in just a few days. Put it together in just minutes! • Help Feral Cats

    By on

I purchased the heated outdoor cat house because in Cleveland, Ohio our winters can be brutally cold and snowy. I am feeding two feral cats outdoors because my indoor cat will not tolerate another cat in her inside space. The house was the only viable solution; it has proven to be a blessing. While the ferals only go inside to eat at this time, I'm hoping they will eventually spend more time as the weather turns. The house was a great value, well made, and with the heated pad a true blessing.

  • Just What We Needed!

The outdoor kitty house is exactly what we were looking for a sweet stray kitty we have adopted. He was not able to make the transition to living indoors, so this is the perfect solution to keep him cozy and safe during the winter months. This product is well designed, easy to assemble, and I suspect will last a long time. We are using it in a sheltered outdoor location next to the house. We received this item at our home in less than 24 hours from placing the order. Thank you for this great product and your outstanding service!!

  • My cats love it!

I bought this for our Senior cat, Bambi, because she sometimes sleeps out in the garage. I have it in the house so she can get used to it, but our other cats Fabio and JJ keep sneaking in there. I guess I’m going to have to buy more houses. My only complaint is that the price has gone up since I bought this one last week. Fabio and JJ may have to wait until it goes on sale again

  • Outdoor heated kitty house

    By on

My neighbor’s cat lives in our back yard 99% of the time, so I like to make sure she’s toasty in the winter. She hates being indoors, and she’s getting older, so I worry about her. She absolutely loves this heated house. It’s the perfect size, and the heating pad gives off just enough heat that when it’s coupled with the cat’s body heat, it’s really quite warm inside.

  • warm again

Pancake was an indoor/outdoor cat for a couple of years after spending 10 years only outside....she is getting older and has an urinary issue that precludes her from being indoors any more...her new house is perfect for keeping her warm in the winter. It took only 2 days for her to get used to it and she spends 80 percent of her time in it now....great home and she says thanks!

  • Great buy for anyone with an outdoor kitty.

    By on

I bought this for the little feral kitty that lives in my daughter's barn. This is actually the 2nd one I have purchased. I bought the 1st one 2 years ago and it is still working but decided to buy another one for a backup in case the 1st one wears out. It is really cold here in the winter and she spends a lot of time in it. I would love to bring her inside but she wants no part of it.

  • Outdoor cat house.

I love this item! At first I wasn't sure if the feral cat would go in it, but she was in it right away. Every time I go to the window to see if there is a cat out there, her head pops out of the opening and she is ready to eat. I also, have a male cat that I feed, and a couple of times they were both in the house. After getting the house, I ordered a heated food and water feeder for the cats too.

  • Perfect house for outside pets

    By on

There are a few outside cats that hang around my back yard and I feel so bad for them in the winter. It's about to get down to 12 degrees in the next day or two and I know they are going to be ok now. This is perfect and they love it! They immediately knew the houses were for them and got right in. Thank you so much and they are very affordable.

  • Great Kitty House!

    By on

When I first put this together for the permanent resident neighborhood feral, Miss Kitty, I did not think it was going to be a big hit. I took the plastic flaps off the doors, plugged it in, and left it outside for 3 weeks. Complete rejection. Then it got cold, she discovered the warm pad, and she’s been happily using it ever since. I’ve only managed to reattach one plastic flap without having her balk, but one is better than none. You can fit the flap on so that it is half-covering the door, so the next cold spell I’m trying that. If she learns to push through it, we’re all set for winter.
