In order to keep the integrity of the water-resistant backing, the product should be spot cleaned when possible. Occasional machine wash, separately, front load machines only. Mild detergents, no bleach. Cold water, gentle cycle. Air or line dry.

Mediocre Bed for Outdoors
It took me some convincing to get on the loud, crinkly bed, and actually stay there, but I have discovered it is more comfortable than the concrete when I supervise the backyard. Unfortunately my humans have to take it away and unzip it once a week to let the dampness out... something about "seams not sealed". Humans also mentioned some "uneven fading that occurred way too fast", but it smells the same to me. I like my inside beds better, but this one is better for me than that raised platform thing Mom tried to get me to use for too long before this arrived. She keeps lamenting ever finding something "as waterproof" as my jacket while sighing and shaking her head at me. But that might also be because she thinks I got into the cat box again (spoiler: I did :-) )
Dogs won't touch it
Got my dogs this bed to replace the old one I had and grt them situated comfortably in their new spot. They hate it. Couldn't find my huskey one day, he broke jnto the room the old bed was in and was fast asleep. The cover is loud and rough and overall unappealing to them and even myself and see why they don't like it. Wish there was a way to return and get a different one
Best bed for diggers
Headline sums it up. Prior to this purchase, our pup was a menace for digging through his beds and pulling out fluff. This bed is perfect for diggers, it has a VERY durable cover (that has yet to be torn) and a comfortable egg carton insert. We assume it is comfortable because our pup started lounging on this bed during the day, something he never did with the others. Additionally, it is easily washable! After an upset stomach, the cover for this bed was easily cleaned, washed, and line dried. Couldn’t recommend more!
Don't buy if you have an agressive/anxious chewer.
I bought this for my 6 month pitbull/terrier mixed pup and it only lasted a week. I've searched for a bed that would be durable as my pup tends to easily chew through her beds and toys despite them being of nylon material. Thought it would've lasted longer because of the reviews, but another disappointment.
High hopes… not a winner.
Inside layer of cover tore easily…Outside remained intact for nearly three months but was tore at zipper and now stuffing is everywhere. Given the cost I had higher expectations of this lasting longer!
