No cover, only foam
Ordered two of these beds for my dogs and only one came with a cover. The other was only the foam.
Big Mistake
The cover on this bed is very fragile and it fits loosely over the foam even after sitting for several days to unfold. The top shredded in less than 10 minutes. The fuzzy top is actually what enticed her to bite at it. This is not appropriate for any dog of any temperament. Love Chewy but in my opinion this item should be discontinued.

Very happy with the K&H Pet Products Superior Orthopedic Dog BedK&H Pet Products Superior Orthopedic Dog Bed. I ordered the 40x30 and my dog loves it. Very comfortable and durable. Supports his weight very good and is firm. Soft material, revovable machine washable, and has a nice zipper grip. Easy to get the bed inside of the cover too! Took me seconds.
Perfect mattress for my dog
My dog is 13yrs old with hip dysplasia and doggy dementia. She has a hard time getting up off her hind legs. We had a different orthopedic bed with a thinner mattress. I felt like she needed more. This bed has made a big difference in her sleeping and being able to get up easier! So glad I bought this for her! I know she is much more comfortable now.
