K&H Pet Products Thermo-Snuggly Sleeper Heated Dog Bed

I will be returning this item. For the high price, flimsy product. The pillow/cushin is not substantial at all. The pillow is “airy” and puffy but no material if layed on. I got this for my 17 yo cockapoo who has sore joints, I thought the heat would make her more comfortable, but the pillow doesn’t have enough filling- or maybe the right type of filling. After having the bed for a week she hasn’t slept in it once.

Not warm enough

I purchased this for my petit Boston Terrier, who doesn't have a lot of fat on her and a sleek coat. She gets cold easily. The bed maybe gets 2-3 degrees warmer, but not enough to make a difference. t's very cushiony and that might be the issue. Unfortunately this isn't the right one for us.

Perfect for our rat terrier

I checked with a smart plug and the heater indeed only pulls 6 watts, yet somehow it keeps this bed so perfectly warm that our rat terrier no longer gets on the couch. He clearly loves it and I would highly recommend it.

Big hit!

Our dog loves her new heated bed! She has a bad back and I wanted to encourage her to use her bed rather than getting on the couch. She loves it - I'm thinking about getting a 2nd one for another room.

Fan favorite!

This heated bed is the favorite of my senior chi and cat. My only complaint is that the cushion is not quite plump enough to fill the bed and they end up in a gap. I've fixed this by stuffing a towel behind it. The sturdy wall is also nice for them to cuddle against. I put my pup in here every morning when I wake up and she passes back out while I get ready for work. They both love it!

I'm returning this item because there are gaps around the pillow,, and the pillow doesn't scream comfort. My pet wouldn't even go near it.

The bed was just what I had hoped! I wasted so much on other beds not getting what was offered. My dog Zip loves it and is in it all the time. She finds her bed as a safe zone. Prompt delivery as well. So I would recommend Chewy to n for anyone that has a pet n gets what they pay for so we say Thank you.

My Kitty Loves It!!!

When I first bought this I had pretty low expectations but my cat absolutely loves this bed!! It feels warm to the touch and she practically lives in it. What may not feel warm enough to humans is probably just right for them so don’t let that deter you. Highly recommend!! Only con is I have two cats and the size large is just barely too small for both of them to share, but I’ll definitely be buying another one!

Great bed, but small is VERY small

I was so excited about getting this heated dog bed for my pup, I already have 2 of the cat ones from this company so I knew I would love this as well. The bed is exactly how it looks in the photos but I was definitely mistaken when I thought my beagle ( 30 pounds) would be able to fit in it. Now yes, if she curls up in a ball she can fit in it, but that’s the only way she could use it. I thought this would be perfect for her since the first photo for this product is a beagle in the bed. I wish this was just a tad bigger, I know there is the “large” size but it’s only about 5 inches longer and wider so I don’t even see it being worth 100 more dollars in the end. I will most likely just return this since it’s pretty much just a cat bed, I attached a photo of the “cat” sized heated bed on top of the “small dog” bed. Like I said, these are from the same company so I thought there would be a size difference, but pretty much the same amount of area for them to lay in.

This bed is a HUGE hit with my two cats.

I bought this for my two cats Pobble and Pip, 13 lbs and 15 lbs respectively. I wanted to make sure they were warm enough at night when I shut them in the laundry room. Since I set it up, there has rarely been a time when there has not been at least one of them in it. In fact, they seem to prefer sleeping in there even when they have the full run of the house. I think they like being in their own "space". I was a little worried that this medium size bed would be too small for both cats at the same time, and it is true that it is quite tight with both of them in there. They don't seem to mind, but I wonder if it's good for them, and whether or not they would like to have more space to stretch out. I am toying with the idea of getting the bigger version also. This bed appears to be well-made and is extremely cozy. I particularly like how it does not heat up unless the cat sits in it. I hate to waste electricity and can't help thinking that the beds that are on constantly might be a fire hazard. I also didn't want one with a timer on it. That just seems like a bit of a pain. Pobble, Pip, and I are thrilled with this purchase!
