Totally Dissatisfied
This product is extremely pricy. I was willing to pay it for the shape and sleek look along with the tall sides. However, I wish I hadn't. It's terribly difficult to empty and refill because it's hard to pick up and carry. No door means more smell and wet liter sticks stubbornly. I'm pretty easy to please and I think this may actually be my first ever written review...It's bad, save yourself and don't purchase.
Disappointed
I wanted a decent-looking litter box and finally chose this design despite its high price tag. Shipping took longer than normal Chewy purchases but was sent the day I enquired about the delay. I was disappointed when it arrived to see that the top and bottom were two different shades of gray, and the top had cosmetic flaws on it. A complaint to Chewy brought an offer of an exchange, but we settled on a modest price reduction. I am glad I did not request an exchange after communicating with the company. They explained that they were aware of the mismatch, which happened because they changed manufacturers, and they thought it would not be noticeable. The marks in the top are also a manufacturing result which they also find acceptable. I think anyone willing to pay the extra for aesthetics will notice these issues. It is a good-looking design, made in the US, and the cat uses it, so I can live with it, though.
Good litter box...but over priced
Sooo, the cats like the litter box and I think it looks nice and modern. Now that thats out the way...i feel like this litterbox should be half the price. The quality of the material is good but not great. The one I got also seemed to have melted a bit on the top and has an impression and identation from something. Also has a few scratches. This is not a huge deal but for $120+ for a litter box I expect much better quality and quality control.
Less clean up
Best litterboxes that I have purchased. No more urine seeping along the sides of the litter box. Easy to remove lid and as we say Scoop the Poop". Waiting for the angled roof box to become available. My cats give these boxes a paw up.
Okay but overpriced
Good quality, works well but think its worth about half of what I paid for it!!
No More Outside The Box!
Absolutely happy with this litter box. Cat has an up and over the top talent which has been a messy problem for years. Even hooded ones leaked. This size is perfect, with the extra tall sides, so it all stays in. The sides wipe down so easily. Was hesitant about the price, but this litter box is worth every penny for us. Totally recommend. Very, Very Grateful.
This litter box is “THE ONE”!
I’ve been searching for a litter box that is low entry with high walls FOR YEARS! My 13 year old cat pees high, and prefers to not have a lid. As soon as I filled it with litter, he peed in it immediately. Kitangle, you saved my walls!
Finally found it
My youngest cat hated the litter I switched to AND pees vertically so I have to be careful to wipe the pee off the rim of the box. Since I was switching I figured I would get something that flowed with the house. As much as I love the idea of a planter litter box, this is way easier, keeps the pee in, and looks nice. Just wish it wasn’t as expensive!

This is such a great product!!! It’s discreet, easy to clean, easy to remove daily clumps, no tough snapping closures that break a nail! Our cat Henry loves it and I angled it for even more privacy for him. A terrific woman run company that thought of everything!
