Doesnt fit right

I previously purchased this in the wrong size and quickly Chewy sent me another one in a larger size. Even though it fits my cat all the way around his body, the legs and neck area ride up toward his face. He doesnt look comfortable when walking so he doesnt walk much in it. It was not designed properly for fit.
