Too low, but sifting is good

My kitty and I are disappointed that the sides of this are so low. When she does the littlest business, she tosses litter out of the box. This was not a problem with the other brand that had higher walls. I like the fact that it is made of paper. Sometimes each tray is so clean when I sift it, we can use it at the bottom of the set. Other times, well, it is nice to be able to throw it away and not worry about it taking a millenium to biodegrade. My cat is small, and this is not quite big enough for her. It would be good for potting training kittens, and cats under a year old.

tossed after one use

This does not work well to sift pine pellets at all and the urine soaked right into the bottom. Would not recommend.

Soggy and Smells

Extremely disappointed with this expensive sifting litter box set. I have one cat and scoop litter at least once a day. I threw this out after one week. Pros - It is an ok color Cons - Everything else

do you like smelly litter?

The problem with "sifting" is the old litter remains and smells. it is still necessary to change litter...and I empty goodies from litter box daily anyway. I think I will stick with disposable litter boxes. This product does not work for me. The are a nice big size.

Disposable Sifting Cat Litter Box

I didn't realize I was ordering the siftlist box. What's the kit? These are useless as far as I'm concerned. I do like the regular disposables boxes that I thought I had ordered, including their larger size.

Too big and too small

I am missing the Nature's Miracle boxes. This Kitty sift one is bigger and does NOT fit any of my covered boxes. And the small one is too small. Yikes, what to do now? I am actually considering cutting it and duct taping it together. Am I crazy to try that?

Wonderful!

We adopted a couple of cats and this was one of the litter boxes we used. Very easy to sift and I think it controlled the odor well! Unfortunately, one of the girls had diarrhea and that didn't filter out super easily, but she's been to the vet and hasn't had a problem with it since. They seem to prefer this one to the other, basic plastic one.

Brilliant!

We love these. You lift the top tray and litter comes through but the icky clumps stay on top so that you can throw out. We had to read the directions but you need to stack the trays alternated so that litter won't fall through to the bottom. Great idea for a time saving quick litter box cleaning.

Great solution - makes cleaning litter box much easier

I had bought Kitty Sift before and liked them but this new version is much more improved and sturdier. Also the sifting holes are better and wider.
