Terrible, in plain brown box, stiff, not like original
I have been buying these filters through chewy for years. always came in kohler box, easy to rinse. this time I ordered 8 boxes expecting the same. Well, like a recent reviewer stated, came in a plain brown box. They are stiff, dusty and clog within days. Nothing like the quality Koller I received before. Brown Box had a Kohler label but product and even the shape/tab is different. hard as rock.

What was advertised as Koller KC10 filters were delivered as generic brown boxed filters that leaked charcoal and did not resemble the genuine article in the least. I wrote to customer service and they promptly refunded 100% of the order. In the pictures, the real product is on the left, and the last picture shows the leaking charcoal
Good quality
These are the perfect fit for my aquarium. They do a great job in filtering out impurities in the water. They are very easy to change.
They are filters. They work
arrived on time. my local pet store is out, chewy had them. so i ordered.
Clog easily
These filters clog easily they’re poor cheap design and strain the filter motor

Filters were to small for tank, 2 worked well on one side.
