If your happy herp enjoys munching on meal worms, they’ll have a real tough time climbing out of this bowl after you put them in it! Excellent everything come in the package even tho is holiday is fast
This one was trial an error I was hoping it'd be smaller for leopard geckos and it's waaay to big. Will still try but not likely they'll use.
Love this I have it for my baby tegu, and my beardies and it’s great keeps the worms in one spot and I put I light layer of calcium in it
I have a bearded dragon who loves dubia roaches but I would never get them because they always found a way out of his old food bowl. I have had this bow for a day or two and I can safely say that no roaches have or ever will escape from this bowl! It is also easy to wash and rather large.
It does a great job keeping mealworms in but unfortunately it also did a great job keeping my geriatric leopard gecko out. Might be ok for a young, spry leo but my old girl couldn't navigate it so, back to the old worm bowl.
I got this as a vacation feeder for my toad, the Lady Isabella. Handling live feeder insects is just a bit much to ask of my pet sitter on the rare occasion that my husband and I get away for a vacation, and this was a nice solution to that. I leave some mealworms in the dish so that my gluttonous little Lady can have her food when she feels the need, and my poor sitter doesn't have to do more than make sure Isabella has enough water. It's shallow enough that even a fat toad doesn't get stuck in it, but its curved upper edges and smooth sides make it hard for mealworms to climb out. I'm glad someone came up with the idea.
