I'm always a little leery of buying cat toys but I thought this one might be a good fit for one of our cats. It turns out it was a good fit for both of our cats as they love attempting to get treats out of it. Simple, easy, good price and sturdy.
My Kitten Loves It
on Oct 24, 2018
I originally bought this because I work 40 hours a week and I wanted to get my kitten some toys that would keep his mind active, as well. He loves this toy! He loses attention on it sometimes, but when he’s engaged with it, he absolutely loves it. And I don’t know how he did it, but he got a ball I put in there out of it!
I thought it looked fun...

...but my cats disagree. The only use one of my cats has gotten from it is to sit on it and stare at me while waiting for morning treats. I even added in more balls for them to bat around. My kitten is active so I had high hopes for him, but nope. They're just not interested in this toy unfortunately.
Good basic toy but wondering if I can improve it.

I've purchased other treat toys but eventually donated them. Like that this is easy to clean. My kitty likes putting her paw in the holes to get a treat but she is smart and gets them out too easily. I still think it's good but will try to modify it to make it more challenging.

My cat did not pay attention to it till 2 in the morning then decided it was the best toy in the house. At least it was not a waste of money.I did add another ball for her to chase around inside of it.
Cats don't like it

My cats were bored, so I ordered three different toys to try. This one got zero attention from either cat.
My 5 year old Persian Twins had zero interest.

It came with one purple ball so I put some other similar sized balls in. Still no interest.
Better as treat puzzle
on Jun 24, 2018
My two cats did not play with the ball, but love it as a treat puzzle. Holes are large enough to put different size treats or food bits in, and you can remove the lid and move the holes around to make it more challenging.
A Good Toy That Didn't Cost Much
on Jun 16, 2018
My two boys play with this everyday. One gets on one side, one on the other side..and they bat the ball back and forth between themselves. They play as much with this as my Laser cat toy, and it doesn't need 3 coin batteries once a week.
DIDN'T DO IT FOR MY KITTIES

Not sure why but my cats just aren't into this toy. I've tried putting other items in the holes to attract them but without much success. It's not the toy's fault though. ;) LOL
