Not sure about this one.
The last water Kong I had was my Dobe's favorite toy. We literally had it for 20 plus years, of course the rope eventually broke and the rubber became yucky. It outlasted my dog and was inherited by the next Dobe. This one was chewed up by my POODLE within a few minutes, he destroyed the rope and he really isn't a chewer plus he's a POODLE. We never got to play with the Kong. I am going to try again for my Dobe, but really Kong folks, toughen up the rope, a Poodle did it in.
No stuffing it
So the description says there's a foam insert but it doesn't mention you can't remove it! I needed a kong for stuffing it with treats and this thing is useless.
Fabulous! Buy several!
We have labradors and a police officer w/canine, recommended this product. He uses it to reward his canine. We bought one and we've since bought 3-4 more so we always have one handy. The rope allows for long throws! We prefer to use a training tool in the water and this toy everywhere else!
Nice bounce!
Have not tried at the beach yet, it has a great bounce and Duke likes to fetch it and toss around with the rope. The rope is a nylon rope and grays easily.
Rope doesn't hold up to chewing
This toy was in use for all of a week when my puppy managed to chew through the entire rope. We never even managed to test it in the water! Might be a good water toy with an older dog or one otherwise less prone to chewing, but I wouldn't recommend leaving it with a dog's general toy collection.
My dog is in love!
I use kongs all the time for training my 1 year old Belgian Malinois. She is obsessed with them so when i stumbled across this floating one i had to try it. needless to say beach and pool days are a huge hit for her now with the kong its better than the ball that we usually use. bonus the rope is long enough for her to play tug of war without accidentally getting my fingers is her Malligator mouth! The bright color helps her find the toy when we are at the beach as well.
must have for all dogs
Absolutely the best toy by far. It has made it through a Rottweiler and a shepherd. Great for training or play. Highly recommend
Pool Time play
My dog loves this toy. He uses it in the pool and the bathtub and just anytime he wants to play.
Awesome toy
Perfect for our yellow lab! She absolutely loves chasing it in the pool and in the yard. She's been playing with this toy for 10 years now, and it's still her favorite toy. She's worn a few out, but it's easy to replace
Sturdy water toy.
This is a perfect toy to throw and take away for dogs that like to play games and not give you the toy. The rope helps grab it.
