    Great price, too soft for my dog though

    I have a blue heeler so he loves to chew and play so I thought this would be great! I have other Kong toys for him and he hasn’t been able to chew through them yet so I thought this would be perfect for him. But after just about 5 mins of him having it he chewed a hole in it. I thought it would’ve lasted I have a blue heeler so he loves to chew and play so I thought this would be great! I have other Kong toys for him and he hasn’t been able to chew through them yet so I thought this would be perfect for him. But after just about 5 mins of him having it he chewed a hole in it. I thought it would’ve lasted longer but it’s ok. The price is still very fair for the toy. And I’m sure this toy would be perfect for other dogs who aren’t tough chewers. … more

    Good Product, but not Right for Us

    This is a good, durable product for a large dog. But my GSD and I prefer the Hyper Pet frisbees even though they don't last as long. The Hyper Pets are easier to throw, go farther, and seem easier on my dog's mouth. The Kong is clearly more durable and its soft rubber also is easy on the mouth compared This is a good, durable product for a large dog. But my GSD and I prefer the Hyper Pet frisbees even though they don't last as long. The Hyper Pets are easier to throw, go farther, and seem easier on my dog's mouth. The Kong is clearly more durable and its soft rubber also is easy on the mouth compared with human frisbees. We go through a 5-pack of Hyper Pets at $35 every 3-4 months. I think that a single Kong will last at least that long at $11 or so if you take care to make sure to take it from your dog at the end of a play session, making it the less expensive option. Also, my dog has an easier time picking up the Hyper Pets off flat ground. If you don't spend a lot of time playing frisbee with your dog, you might prefer the Kong product. Frisbee is a mainstay of my dog's exercise and obedience routine, and on balance, we will stick with Hyper Pet. … more
