Gave it to my Cavvie during the super bowl. The ears lasted until halftime, tail and tusks gone before Rhianna finished, trunk opened by the end. BUT legs, head, and tail (all the fluff stuffed parts) were still fine. Destruction ready with surprisingly minimal mess.
We've had the moose Cozie Ultra so I knew what to expect. 6mo Aussie needed tail and tusks removed. Toy lasted maybe a week/maybe 2 before needing taken away - he started tearing into ears. Mr. Elephant is no more. Still more durable than regular stuffed toys.
I was given one of these medium sized elephants for my dog to play with but it had been washed enough times at the squeaker didn't squeak anymore which is the time was great because my dog would tear everything open and remove the squeakers. But she played with it for a long time she finally managed to chew the ears off of it and part of the tail so I decided to get one that squeaks. We call it Horton :-). She loves it she walks around with him and squeaks and if she leaves him somewhere I ask her where's Horton and she runs and gets him and it's just so happy with it. She hasn't tried to rip it open ( at least not where I see it ). She's had this latest one for a few months and just absolutely loves it it is by far one of her favorite toys
Our son's dog is a Pitsky and he is kind of a sweet "bull in a china Shoppe"! This toy has lasted the longest yet of the 3 purchased in this order! Would order it again!.
Sturdy king plush toy, also cute! My pug loves it. Material is thick and she is not able to tear it.
There's not many toys that hold up with my Susie. She's a super chewer. This toy has by far lasted the longest with her for days of play. I will definitely purchase again
It seemed like decent quality and material but it lasted maybe two hours before she had the squeaker out and fluff everywhere.
My havanese has destroyed more toys than I can count within 5 minutes of their arrival. This toy has lasted for almost a month & it is still intact. She plays with it every day & it has all its stuffing, ears, & trunk!
This is the absolute first stuffed animal that my dogs have not chewed up. I don't know if there is a reason they are choosing not to or if the fabric is that strong. Either way, it has actually lasted more than a few hours.
Ok you've seen the photos so I don't think I need to add more. Are the ears gone, yes, is the trunk gone, also yes, is the body still intact with only teeth punctures YES! Most toys in this house last 30 seconds the fact we are on day 4 makes this totally worth it for us. There is a speaker in the head as well as the body they'll get that one out first but you should leave you dog unsupervised with toys anyway. DoberPit approved
