  • Not for voracious chewers

    By on

My labradoodle chewed the end off this toy within a few minutes! He's quite the chewer, and I've tried what seems to be a hundred toys in his 5 years of life..... The idea is good, but the other issue for us is getting treats stuck in this toy - how the heck to clean it out?! Might be a lot of bacteria getting built up inside, and I like to clean his chew toys after uses. If you have a more gentle chewer this toy might last. If you can suggest ways to clean it, let me know.

  • Winner puzzle toy

Gibbs, my cattle dog and Border collie mix IS a genius. He loves treat puzzles and needs a new one. He’s been playing non stop with this since Christmas morning. Two X openings and a smaller one for treats of all sizes. He grabs the neck and flips and rolls the toy around . This was a very smart purchase, will buy another one.

  • Bg Dog LOVES this Toy!

    By on

Our Pyrenese Golden Mix 12 month old LOVES the challenge of this toy! The large keeps him busy and engaged for more than an hour at a time - he gets so much enjoyment from chewing and tossing it that he has to take a nap after playing with it! We just add 4-5 TDs to the center of the toy and he goes until he gets them out. He's a tough chewer and the toy is holding up - no nicks or breakage evident yet.

  • Love the Kong Bounce

    By on

During the two days a week Harley Dad and I both work outside the home and will be away for several hours, we give our 13 mos old Lab/Golden a more substantial treat to keep him busy in his crate. He is a highly aggressive chewer. Stuffed toys are like dust in the wind, vaporized in a matter of minutes. Harley has earned the nickname "El Destructo." He enjoys things that he can consume or destroy as well as rubber/kong type toys. He's actually managed to shred "fire hose" toys.... He liked the bouncy part but it's really difficult to get any treats in or out. The old one I had had a larger opening in the top.

  • I buy a lot of Kong products

    By on

My dogs love these. It keeps them occupied for quite awhile. I can put in small treats and they go to town. Only negative is they have started chewing the neck of the toy off. Some of the kong products are made from a softer material. This is one of them. The dogs are still enjoying them.

  • Not for heavy chewers!

    By on

My dog has already chewed this thing apart and he has had it maybe a week or two. I bought it because it seemed more durable than other chew toys and I know the kong brand to typically be pretty difficult to ruin. I am scared that he has swallowed some small pieces of the rubber.

  • Already destroyed

    By on

The toy arrived yesterday (Jan 23, 2018), and my black lab that's 8 months old has already ripped the neck about half wall off. We put treats in the same way they did on the video, but our dog went for the neck and worked on it.

  • My dog likes but, not as tough as desired

    By on

My dog likes this toy, I put his kibble in it. What I don't like is the fact that the you doesn't seem to be able to take much use. I think it would wear better if it was designed for something to be kicked out of, like peanut butter. Mine already has a few punctures/tears after a week or so

  • Not great for strong chewers.

    By on Top 500 Contributor

I love Kong toys, I use them everyday with my dog. Unfortunately this one doesn't stand up to the brand name. My dog destroyed this toy in literally less then 60 seconds. Very disappointing!
