Fantastic and durable
I love the toys that have the ropes inside because it's less likely to spring a stuffing leak. So far this is one toy I haven't had to repair in the 'toy hospital'. It's survived tug of war and vigorous chewing from my 9 month old (55 lb) and 11-month old (95lb) lab puppies.
Little disappointed
My boston terrier is a pretty heavy chewers and had the stem of the pumpkin head chewed off in less than a day. Sewed up the hole he left and now he can play with it again. Kong needs to make more durable toys for very heavy chewers! Expected more from them.
smaller than we thought
We love these kong toys! We didn’t realize the size when we bought it (oops). Sadly this one is the same price as the other ones but the other ones are bigger. I’m sure it’s because it’s a special Halloween one! My dogs still love it!
Love this toy!
My dog loves this Jack-o-lantern man! She often charges at it suddenly as if it offended her just to grab it and shake it ferociously :) It’s a tough toy and handles it well!
Didn't last a minute
I filtered my search on extreme chewer and this came up. My puppy loved it but had eaten the stem of the pumpkin top off in a matter of minutes
Wonderful
I bought three of these, one for my Abby, one for my son's dog and one for my daughter's dog. It was a huge hit for all of them
Cute but destroyed easily
I have a German Shepherd. all the joy in life is ripping her toys apart.. this one did not last long.
Great and fun toy
Our Bailey is an 80 pound Australian Shepherd, Golden Retriever rescue who has been part of our family for over 4 years now. In his previous life we think he was ignored and no one played with him so he never played much when we first got him. Now he loves his toys and likes to play tug of war! This toy is wonderful because it is full of knots under the pumpkin outfit so he can get a good grip all over it and play his favorite game. Plus it fits in with our fun fall decorations in the family room. Good price and quality is great so far.
Cute and fun
My Benji loved this toy! So much that he became obsessed with trying to bite the green top off of the pumpkins head. He’s a heavy chewer and he succeeded in ripping it SO if your pup a super chewer just watch them carefully and take away if they are going at it a lot. Otherwise it won’t make it till Halloween like Benjis. It’s a great toy though and very durable minus the top part of the pumpkin. Benji loves it so we did too.
Quality Dog Toy
I have a small dog and he loves chewing on this toy. Holds up well for him. Maybe not recommended for large dogs, but a great long-lasting toy for small and medium dogs.
