Kong Kickeroo
By ReadingCat on Feb 23, 2021
I've purchased several of these toys over the years and they are perfect for kitty bunny kicking action. Well made and a nice size / shape to kick! For some reason my current rescue cat does not play with this toy. Vivian will bunny kick all of her mouse toys, so I know she knows how to. LOL

Substantial toy.
By Zoey on Feb 20, 2021 Top 1000 Contributor
This is well made and much larger than most cat toys which I appreciate due to the fact my cat can't slide them under the fridge or stove. That said she hasn't shown much interest in it - yet. She tends to let new things hang around for awhile before she plays with them. I would buy this size again.

Fun but not durable
By Ollie on Feb 25, 2021
Toy has been in the house barely 18 hours and it already has a dime-size hole in it with filling stuck to my carpet. But the cats absolutely love it especially the one that's got pancreatitis is not feeling well. If they used more durable fabric it would be better, but this could get pricey.

My cats love them!
By Honestbroker on Feb 26, 2021
I've bought Kickeroos before for my cats & friends' cats. Some cats like them; others aren't interested. Two of my current cats love them - hug them, drag them around, sleep on them. I ask them where their "baby" is & they run & get one. They make a great gift for a friend''s cat.

Cheap and minimal catnip, if any
By NewEnglandCatMom on Feb 13, 2021
I’ve gotten other Kong toys in the past, but this is a huge fail. Even burying my face in it, I couldn’t smell any catnip. For a kitty kicking toy, the flimsy felt wouldn’t last a day even if the cats were interested, which they weren’t. Complete joke.

kitten loved it
By cowhugger on Jan 20, 2021
We've had several cats over the last 20 or so years and this toy has been either a hit or miss with them. Bought another one for the new kitten and he went crazy over it. He wrestles on the ground with it, throws it up and pounces it, loves playing with it.

My Cat's Favorite Toy!
By VTCatAttack on Nov 16, 2020
I was working as a feline-only vet tech when I was introduced to Kong's kickeroos. We had them for sale in our retail area as well as in our boarding facility because so many kitties go absolutely wild for them! Admittedly, they do seem to be made with a thinner fabric now, but my cat isn't terribly aggressive with her claws even though she enjoys biting and kicking at the toy as intended. The only reason we are on our second kickeroo is because my dog is under the impression that all toys are her toys and she chewed into my cat's first kickeroo. I bought this one as a replacement as $5 is hard to beat when the toy makes my kitty so happy. She was asleep when this replacement arrived, but when I was working as a feline-only vet tech when I was introduced to Kong's kickeroos. Favorite Toy
By Cambrian on Jan 3, 2021
Both cats love the Kong Kickeroo. One cat yowls while vigorously playing with it at 1am - so there are times I think about hiding it (but I don't). Not necessarily a plus, but our two dogs love it too so it gets a lot of use.

Not durable - destroyed in 5 min
By Hannah on Oct 28, 2020
While my cat did love this toy and instantly took to it in a way I've never seen before, he also managed to instantly destroy it. Less than 10 min of him attacking and kicking and chewing on the toy, and I noticed stuffing everywhere. When I picked it up I saw there were tons of holes in the toy, presumably from my cat's claws and teeth. I had to toss the toy since I was worried about him accidentally ingesting some of the stuffing. Such a disappointment!

not worth the price
By mocha on Nov 29, 2020
my cat destroyed it in a matter of minutes. should be made with stronger material. not worth the money spent for a few minutes of play, and the cleanup after to was torn apart. would not buy this again. Will stick to the toys that are more sturdy, maybe dog chew toys.
