Perfect - just like a rain coat
I was pleasantly surprise with this raincoat - the material is soft, and it’s nice and thin just like a human raincoat. The Velcro is easy to release (has pull tab for quick removal) and the hood snaps back if your dog doesn’t appreciate it over their head. Since my dog doesn’t like to walk in the rain, this has made it much more enjoyable! Followed the measurements and it fits my dog perfectly (40# border collie)
Good but too big
My dog usually wear lashes and this is too long and too wide it falls off of him. Going to reorder a medium. It seemed like good quality, obviously didn’t get to use it really though. Can’t figure out why I can’t return it though.
Doggy rain jacket...
My dog is a terrier blend about 20 pounds and I purchased the medium jacket. It fits her perfectly. It also has a hood that can be put up to keep the head dry. This jacket is not made to keep the dog warm but to keep them from getting wet. If it's cold out I put her kong fleece jacket underneath her raincoat. Happy with this purchase. Would buy again. :)
Runs Small
Sizing runs pretty small. I bought a Large for my Golden and it is too small on him
Amazing quality!
This is a great, lightweight rain jacket! Easy to put on with Velcro, no pulling over the head which our pup hates. He’s not a fan of the hood, as you can see in the photo, but it’s got a snap to hold it back. (Note: it’s winter so he’s also wearing a sweater in the pic.)
does not fit my Dachshund
I think this jacket is way overpriced as it is so super thin and does not really fit. Unfortunately it is not long enough for my Dachshund and it slips to the side badly. The hood is too big and cannot be adjusted to fit. Poor jacket overall for that prize.
Good Jacket but needed alterations
Good rain jacket but I had to buy Velcro strips to attach so it would properly fit my dog around the back. Works well in rain but is not to be used for cold weather as it offers little cold weather protection. Easy on and off!
Didn't fit
i measured base of neck to tail The rain jacket arrived and its way too small Lovely lightweight jacket that I was honestly waiting for. Need an x-large would be my guess. I measured 19 inches. Trying to figure out how I return and reorde.
NEW QUALITY
Purchased this item for my small 12 lb dog. I like the light-weight material, it is pleasant to the touch. I can slip the jacket on easily, over her head without undoing the strap. Though it is a raincoat, it serves as a light windbreaker jacket as well. The pocket on the back is nice to "fold it up onto itself" to store. I would say this is an excellent design overall.
