Did you know that anything that is safe for a dog to eat is safe to stuff into a KONG? Here's how:
Stuff: Stuff loosely for beginners or tighter for more advanced users (w/KONG Snacks or your dog's favorite kibble).
Entice: Use a tasty appetizer such as KONG Easy Treat or peanut butter.
Enrich: A stuffed KONG offers mental and physical enrichment.
Extend: Want to extend playtime? Freeze for a longer-lasting challenge.

We have bought 2 of these now. The latest was less than 30 days ago! We thought the first one breaking (the top came off) was a fluke, so we bought a second one. The same thing happened, the top came off the KONG. There are not chew marks or small chunks or pieces missing. Nothing. Looks new. I put a larger one (Not sure this one will even fit in my pups mouth- but she loves to carry around this toy) on my autoship, but this will be the last one I buy if this 'top' detaches as well. Very bummed as KONG says they are thee best in rough dog toys.
Great toy for this puppy

My Havanese puppy loves this toy. I usually fill it with peanut butter and freeze it before I give it to her in her crate when I have to leave for a couple of hours. She also loves playing around the house with it once she has eaten all the peanut butter out of it. She throws it around and chases after it. I only gave it 4 stars because I had several golden retrievers before this Havanese, and none of them ever liked the Kong, so while it is a great toy for my new dog, I'm not sure every dog will like it.
Perfect for puppy!

My grand puppy of 9 weeks was gobbling up her food too fast. We found that by stuffing the Kong with the little kibbles would make her slow down as she had to work at getting them out. And the color is great; very durable material which is good for puppy's teeth even when empty.
great for the crate

This isn’t my pups favorite toy BUT when we started crate training, this made a huge difference. Definitely by the treats that go inside, I’m going to test out the pup peanut butter spray in the future. I would NOT recommend using peanut butter in these. It is difficult to clean and my pup doesn’t like it that much. Get the treats!!! Amazing crate training tool!!!!
shih tzu loves it

Bought this to help keep my 3 month old shih tzu busy while she teethes, and it works! She’s obsessed with these pumpkin teething circles, but flies through them; I break them apart and stuff them in this and it keeps her engaged. My 4 year old rescue shih tzu who doesn’t know how to play and afraid of everything loves it too. I was so excited to see them both play with it. I did take down 2 stars because I’ve had it 2 weeks and it’s already showing wear. I thought it would be fine for such a little pup, but she’s already starting to tear it. I’m going to buy a small regular one and hope that holds up better. Size small was perfect for her!
Best chew toy

This toy is durable and will last your dog a very long time. I was a little upset my baby didn’t get pink but it does say color vary. The Kong toy will keep your dog entertained for quiet a while trying their hardest to get the treats out. GREAT FOR TEETHING PUPPIES’
Baby Kong works

I’ve had Kong products in the past, specifically this toy made for adult dogs. This is intended for puppies and is quite small. But I’ve put peanut butter in it for the puppy to lick and I’ve put my finger in it so they can bite with some play and the toy works wonderfully in both cases. Win win!
Kong+peanut butter=happy puppy

I have a lab puppy who turned 10 weeks old today. When I know I'll have to leave him crated for a while, I give him a kong full of peanut butter to keep him occupied. Sometimes I'll even freeze it so the peanut butter will last even longer. It's great! He mainly licks the kong instead of chewing it, so it's still 100% intact. Would recommend for anyone trying to crate train a puppy.
Definitely for puppy

I ordered this for my 4-month old puppy and one for my older dog as well. It’s fine, but smaller than I expected. We’re using them for now and will purchase larger in the future.

We have a puppy we fondly call "Chomps" and "Jaws" as she is teething and loves to bite down on our hands and fingers. We've spent a small fortune on various teething toys in efforts to retain our fingers. Wasn't sure how she would respond to this toy, but thought maybe the treat inside would inspire a little investigation and entertain her a few minutes...
NOT! She had no interest in the bacon and cheese flavored cookie treat that goes inside this kong...whether in or out of the toy. I assumed the chewy shape would help hold the treat but instead of intuitively using the toy as a treat holder...she sniffed it, bit it a few times and went on to other things to gnaw. So far the kong and cookie was a bust for the puppy. We also bought the senior version of this toy for the older dog. He did bite off the piece of cookie protruding from the end of the toy, but that was it. Left the rest of the cookie inside and had no interest in the toy itself. Ordered the canned liver flavor filler to put in these but it hasn't arrived yet. Will update after receipt.… more
