The Puppy KONG dog toy is customized for a growing puppy's baby teeth, with a unique, all-natural rubber formula that is the gentlest within the KONG rubber toy line. Designed to meet the needs of a puppy's 28-baby teeth, it helps teach appropriate chewing behavior, while offering enrichment and satisfying a younger pup's instinctual needs. The erratic bounce makes it ideal for those pups that just want to play. Want to make crate training easier or extend play time? This toy can be stuffed with KONG’s Stuff’N Puppy Easy Treat, Snacks or Ziggies (sold separately) or any of her favorite rewards like peanut butter, yogurt or kibble!

KONG toys can be washed in the sink using warm water, soap and a bottle brush or toothbrush. For truly tough gunk removal, KONG toys are top-rack dishwasher safe (skip the heated dry cycle).
This was another toy I bought to keep my ShihTzu playful and mentally challenged. My Shih Tzu is 15 months and very much a puppy still. This is one of her favorite toys now. I should’ve bought it along time ago. The thing she likes about it is that it bounces. I should say that I got the medium puppy version in pink for her. She barks and growls at it. She can also carry it in her mouth. And I don’t have to put anything inside of it for her. I only did that once, as we had bought another item from Chewy that you put treats in. Would recommend highly.
I want to buy this Kong. However, I don’t know what size to order because the graphic (attached) for a small-dog Kong says the item is 5.5 inches long, but the text elsewhere says that this Kong is only 3+ inches. What are the correct dimensions of a Kong for a small dog less than 20 pounds?
I bought this for my 3 yr, 10lb dog. Directions are correct. It's designed for puppy teeth. My adult tiny breed can chew off the top. But with supervised play; it's great. Crushed kibble mixed with peanut butter and frozen in the kong is much easier for a small breed dog to reach to bottom. The larger ones have to be washed out wasting food.
The package arrived on time, the correct size, all that. My issue is it looks like it is either defective or has been used by another dog already. I got a pink puppy one and a regular strength red one. The red one is in perfect shape. The pink one has two spots that worry me, I’ll add pics. One spot is on the very top where a chunk is missing, the other is right in the middle. I’m not sure I can in good conscience hand it over to my puppy, so likely it won’t be used :(
Perfect size for my puppy to enjoy chewing and emptying of the filled goodies. I ordered three more of the "puppy" size instead of the "puppy dog toy small" size, they were too small. Thise is the perfect size for my puppy!
I add Kong's easy cheese to this toy to keep puppy entertained. He still chews on everything so this is a great way to redirect his attention from the carpet. Having a dishwasher safe toy makes life a bit easier.
Ordered puppy kong in medium and happy with it. But finding a size chart was harder than it should've been--attaching pictures of the chart included in the packaging for others to use.
I love the toys because my dog pepper cannot tear them up. Glad my vet told me about y'all so happy for my fur baby. he gained a lot of weight because i was feeding him treats, he torn up everything till now Thank You Chewy
This is the best toy for aggressive chewers!!! My puppy chews on hers for hours, with or without treats. She loves for it to be tossed so she can run after it and bring it back. Her 1st one lasted at least for 4 months. Bought this one and it's just as much fun for her, she takes it everywhere. Great toy!!!
I honestly thought it would last longer than 2 days. My pup is teething so I bought several, but I didn't expect to have to throw it away so soon, if at all. Very disappointed. Should've read the reviews better.
