Good for aggressive chewers!
By Usga on Mar 2, 2021
I have an adult greyhound that loves to chew and destroy his toys, especially soft squeakies, and he loses interest in them after he's killed the squeaker. He loves this toy! I got the large and x-large sizes, here's a comparison: ** Large: * pros: small enough that I was able to insert it in a previously "killed" toy as a squeaker and prolong its life; still worked for a long time after it was punctured. * cons: much smaller than I thought, little smaller than a tennis ball; squeaker died quickly in comparison to x-large. **x-large: * pros: still working after a month! it's the only one of his toys that hasn't been completely destroyed. I wish there was a size in between the large and x-large. I would definitely buy this item again! … more

Lakai and MarLee's Kong ball
By KongBall on Feb 28, 2021
Lakai and MarLee are always fussing over this ball. MarLee plays keep away with Lakai. It is so fun to set back and watch MarLee just run as fast as he can around Lakai and Lakai is trying to get the ball. He never can catch MarLee cause he is to fast for Lakai. I just love to watch them play with it. Thanks chewy for the Ball of fun. Your pal, Wanda Costner :-)

Not so durable this time
By HappyInFLA on Jan 16, 2021
I have ordered several of these balls, and was shocked when I gave one to my neighbor's dog - since he always loved my dog's squezz balls -- and he tore through it in 15 minutes!!!! I actually told my neighbor that Sky (white/yellow lab) would never tear through a Kong ball -- yikes - I felt so bad. However recently - my dog (golden retriever) ripped a Kong frisbee - so maybe Kong is starting to slack on their products.... Please bring back quality - and thank you to Chewy to standing by their products. They refunded the frisbee that lasted less than an hour.... :-( Now this ball (although only a couple of dollars) - it's the fun that it's important.

Durable for normal chewer / good, loud squeak
By AnjelicasMom on Feb 7, 2021
My 22 lb toy poodle mix LOVES anything that squeaks. I’ve been buying her the Kong Happy Birthday squeaker balls for 4 years. They always loose their squeak and start falling apart. I decided to give this one a try instead. She’s been squeaking it incessantly for a month and a half now with no teeth marks and the squeak is still perfect. It’s a fairly soft material so a chewer would shred this immediately. However, for fetch, or normal play this is the perfect ball. 10/10 - will buy it again!

Lucy loves it!
By MGGASKIN19 on Feb 24, 2021
Great toy! Lucy loves it, and it’s her go to ball! I ordered the large (we previously had a medium, I may go back to the medium next time) Unfortunately the squeaker doesn’t last long so be prepared for it to stop working if your dog constantly bites down on it. Overall I think it’s worth the purchase!

Overall good just not durable
By Zeke on Feb 10, 2021
My dog is 25% lab/husky mix and 50% pitbull. My dog loves this so much that he harasses me with it or slings it at me. Also, just like squeezing it in his mouth too. I just wish it was more durable like the other kong that you squirt cheese and treats into. It's taken him a while but he killed the squeaker in by puncturing it and the other ball I got since that one died. He has ripped the top half open so now it looks like a red pac-man.

Not as good as last one
By Angel on Jan 20, 2021
Bought one of these balls last fall for our 18 month old German shepherd who loves nothing better than playing fetch at the dog park. After several weeks the ball did have some punctures in it but still squeaked and she still loved chasing it. So I ordered 2 more of these balls from Chewy. The first one lasted 3 days before it had a couple of holes and the squeaker did not work. Was very disappointed in this Kong ball and believe the quality of Kong products has declined. Unfortunately will not be buying any more of these balls even though the price is reasonable and our girl loves them. I just feel they should last longer than 3 days.

Durable Toy!
By goldenbelle6 on Jan 14, 2021
we recently adopted a 15 month old golden retriever who seemingly hasn't been exposed to toys. every soft toy we've introduced him to he would destroy so we gave this one a try since we have good experiences with past dogs and toys by KONG. this one did NOT disappoint! he hasn't destroyed it or been able to chew off parts of it. he still has interest in it. it squeaks but not crazy loud and it takes some good chew pressure to make that happen. plus it's easy to clean. also there's a hole down the middle of it so if you want to bring it with you on a walk to get your dog's attention it makes it easy to hold onto with a finger. definitely worth getting and the price point is great!

Probably good for non-Godzilla dogs!
By sunshinesprite on Feb 26, 2021
If you have a dog without a steel jaw, this is probably great! My 43lb. beagle-poodle mix ripped this to shreds in less than 5 minutes. But the price was right! And I buy toys knowing that my dog will thoroughly enjoy destroying them in record time. So, buyer beware, but enjoy. :-)

These Kong balls are the best!
By Mimi on Jan 7, 2021
These Kong balls are the only ones I buy for my GSD, as he will destroy a tennis ball or like item in a couple of days. He is big boy and loves to play ball more than anything else. Playtime include games of catch with Mom or anyone else who will opt in. He will play ball by himself when others are too busy, tossing it in the air and then fetching it. He also likes to chew on it, making it squeak. When the squeaker no longer works, he still chews on it. He is 7 now, and I have never had an issue with these balls. After months of chewing, the balls will finally separate in the same place leaving two pieces, and both pieces are too large for him to swallow accidentally.
