Easily destroyed
Love the idea of a multi rope tug toy but the tugs are yarn and my dog chewed the squeak ball out in 5 minutes and it didn't last but 2 days playing tight with my two dogs. The rope ball that is left is making a great fetch toy but disappointed the main reason I bought it didn't last long.
2 hours and it's falling apart
Not good quality. My dogs have been playing with it for 2 hours and it's already coming apart. Wouldn't buy again.
Didn’t even last an hour
The top knot of the toy is a squeaker ball. The dogs had the top knot ripped open and squeaker removed in less than an hour. I didn’t realize it squeaked or I wouldn’t have purchased it. Disappointing-I May as well have just given them the money to eat instead off purchasing this toy
FALLS APART IMMEDIATELY.. Not for larger dogs.
Toy rope didn't last long with a largerer dog. Threads everywhere.
Dog loves it...but...
These braided toys don't stand up to a "super chewer", but my dog loves them and continues to play with them long after they are pulled apart. Just be aware that you'll have to rebrand or re-wrap occasionally.
aggressive chewers beware
My dog literally chewed the squeaker out within 4 hours. I’m hoping the rope will hold up. He’s only 9 months old.
Days of fun
lasted longer than others - but pup is not as interested in playing with it. Sometimes as a tug play but she had strings pulled from it the first day. That said, she still plays with the remains. Most “legs” are still intact.
Where ropes come to perish
Kong brand.it should handle it. Really didn't want to go to store just for the one rope (not Kong brand) that I know will last. This one? Not even 3mins. I got the large. Extra large didn't look much diff. It's the knots at the end of the tassels. He was able to pull them off immediately. He has already been able to fray apart the big knot at the top
not happy with the prouct
I figured with the Kong name this would be fairly sturdy. My dog had the squeaker out in less than a half hour and within a few days it was shredded.
Best dog toy, ever!
I bought this for my Great Dane. We tied a rope around the toy's "neck" and turned this into the world's best tug of war toy. The first we bought survived 1.5 years of wild play. We are now on two more. We tell our dog to "go get your Squid" and she will go find it. She loves it!
