To get the most accurate size harness for your pet, measure the girth of their chest, around the widest part of your dog's torso right behind the front legs, with a cloth tape measure. Pull the cloth tape snug, but not tight. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there's enough room for about two fingers between the harness and your pet's chest for comfort.
Nice looking harness with good materials, but the sizing is unfortunate.
My dogs measurements match the Medium size, which we received. It was a poor fit. Even after adjusting the straps to go as small as they could.. it was still way to large without a nice, flush fit.
Even if it would have fit at the tightest setting for the adjustable straps, we would have had these very long extra straps dangling around. Ultimately, we filed for a return.
I’ve debated re-ordering the small size, but I think I’m going to research a different joring harness
Pretty but not functional

This is a nice looking harness, however it doesn't have adequate adjust-ability to fit well. Good fit is vital for joring, esp long haul. My dog is a fit 70# & has chest measure that puts him in the large harness category, however the wide, front of the chest strap flares and puckers...doesn't fit for smooth pressure application and there's no way to adjust it. I don't know if the medium size would have worked...he's 20#'s above the range listed. Disappointed.
