Can I attach to dog collar.

This dog seat belt attaches to your dog’s harness with a carabiner. It's not recommended to attach to the collar.
This model is just the loop and carabiner, but NOT the buckle that clicks into the seat belt, correct?

The seat belt is intended to slip through the tether to help keep your pet from escaping. It includes the carabiner and tether.
Has this been crash tested?

This tether has not been crash tested. For greater in-car safety, we recommend using the Enhanced Strength Tru-Fit Smart Harness in combination with the seat belt loop.
Will these work with a small C300 Mercedes? I have a shi-poo (Shitz/poodle)

This seat belt tether features a universal fit for most vehicles. However, it is not compatible with Volvo and Ford F-Series trucks.

Dog got tangled in seatbelt

We bought this for our dog, he got tangled in the seatbelt, it wrapped around his leg and we had to cut our seatbelt.. cost us $300 to repair. If your dog moves around in the car, absolutely do not recommend.

Good for my medium-large dogs

I use this for both of my larger dogs. Each has one, and I hook into the HARNESS. Never hook into a collar, as this could cause extreme neck trauma. They both are limited in mobility in the car, and safely restrained in lase of an accident.

Great. Keeps my pups in the back seat, and safe if we have to brake quickly. I have 1 large dog, and 2 medium dogs. Works great for all 3.

Secure Hold

This tether is perfect for our Old Time Scotch Collie. Connected to his harness it holds him safely and securely but gives enough length to turn around and change positions.

Safety First

The Kurgo Seat Belt Tether was wonderful. The perfect length to let my dog Mojo put his nose out the window, but I don't have to worry about his safety and security. Only for use with a harness, but Chewy has a lot to choose from!

Seatbelts!!!!!

Great security for your pet, as you would protect your children. This strap was ordered so all cars would be set for traveling with our pet without having to take out of the other vehicle.

For the Dog that Doesn't Sit Still

I got this for a dog I walk that refuses to sit in one place in the car. He is a spaniel and wants to pace the back seat. This helps to keep him safe and in place while we drive to the park so that I don't have to worry about him. It was very very easy to set up and works great as a safety tactic.
