Kurgo Step & Strobe Dog Boots, 4 count

I purchased these about one month ago. Since then, the strobe lights have quit working on the boots. They are difficult to put on because of the elastic that gathers the top of the boot. The boot is held in place with one (1) velcro strap, which in my opinion, is not enough to keep the boots on an active dog. So, every walk I must watch her feet constantly, so I don't lose one. The soles are very stiff, which can be a blessing, as far as protecting her feet, but, they will take a long time to break in. These still have not broken in after one month of daily use. The top of the boot is constructed in such a way that it is impossible to get a snug fit on my dog's legs. The material that surrounds I purchased these about one month ago. I ordered these to keep me service dogs feet protected. The first pair came with a boot that’s light didn’t work so they sent we a new pair and 1 of the 4 boots didn’t have working lights again! For how much they cost they should at least come working!

I love the look of these booties but they will not stay on. They are correctly sized and there is no way I could get his paws into a smaller pair but they will not stay in place. Am going to try buying socks to see if the results are any better. I love the lights on them, it’s great at night.

After doing a month worth of research on dog boots I decided to go with these. Welp, so far so good and I’m actually impressed. They fit perfect, they look great, they adjust easily, the lights makes it easy to see my dog at night not to mention the reflective color on the boots, they do not twist, haven’t fallen off his feet, the rubber bottoms gives him good traction and protect against the pavement heat. I’m hoping I get to try them in snow once winter hits but for now using them in the summer heat has been great. He doesn’t burn his paws and he looks so cute walking on light up shoes. My GSD has sensitive paw pads, so I needed something to keep him from getting scrapes. He's also solid black and it can be hard to see him in the yard when I let him out at night, so the lightup feature on these is great, although they don't seem to light up often in grass. The reflective material isn't all that reflective, and there's so little of it that you can't really see it at all. They didn't fit well at first, but I clipped his claws down a little and now they fit him perfectly. They can come off sort of easily, so you have to make sure you tighten them as much as humanly possible so that they stay in place. I did a lot of research and made sure these fit well, but after using these boots I noticed they kept coming loose and causing my pup to trip. No matter how much I would tighten the Velcro and draw string after a short time he would end up tripping because the shoe would come off. The other problem these shoes do not hold up well. It says they are used for outside activities but only after a week of running around outside they are starting to fall apart. The strap was fraying and the shoe was too.

Nice shoes ,make sure you measure pad to pad and don't allow for to much extra room because they will be to big.

I took my dog camping and thought these would be great and they were they stayed on his paws (after attaching them right) and it didn’t tale him long to get used to them, only about 5~10 min. He ran climb and jumped like he would without missing a step. I thought he would bit at them but, he didn’t. I’d say great buy.

Just tried these today. Hard to get on. Keep falling off even after several adjustments of tightening the Velcro. Dog trips as she is running/walking. Hoped they would be good on the hot AZ gravel in the summer, but design not good for it.

I've had these for about a week now. They are very hard to put on and they fall off very easily. I've tried playing around with the straps to make them tighter and even when my dog is just walking, they fall off. Also, since day one, two of the shoes lights weren't working. It makes it hard to walk at night because when the shoes fall off, i won't notice and then i have to go out to look for them. I was really excited about them because Arizona's ground gets too hot for her paws in the summer, and it looks like the rubber would really help protect her paws, but it won't be helpful when they keep falling off.
