I think this seat cover is the best, it stays in place very well and is waterproof. One review said that the strip of fabric leaked. I can verify it actually is waterproof. I have a similar cover from kurgo that I've had for ages, probably close to a decade and it's still going strong. I use it in my partner's truck. I got this new one for my car. I took off one star because I just wish it was a little bigger so it would fit in the truck better. It's just a tiny bit small.
I like it, it's sturdy, made well to go over the Kurgo Backseat Bridge. But I wish it had flats to prevent the dog from falling from the edges of the doors.
Strip of orange is fabric. Of course my dog pukes on that strip and his vomit sleeps through to my seats. Design makes no sense.
I bought this last year and the whole thing fell apart. It flaked from the underside. I expected for the price it would last longer than a year. My old one that was a different brand lasted 8 years for a similar price point. Sadly I can’t find that brand anymore.
I’ve had this for a little over a year at first it was great. But over time the loops that attach to the clips have all broken off and I’ve had to replace them with key rings. Also the Velcro part has ruined my car seat rubbing against it when it’s undone and I need access to the seat belt buckle to buckle in my dogs. Since it doesn’t have grip for real underside it’s always sliding everywhere and ever stays in pal e even with the adjustable loops on the back. Invest in a cover that has grip on the back, and also has zippers rather than Velcro for the buckles.
I love it so far! I've had a more then expected destructive greyhound for about three years now. I've gone through a number of seat covers which all last less then 3 months. A dog gear discussion group in in recommended this cover. I put it in my brand new car at the end of Aug 2022. Within a week I was trying to take the dog walking on the C&O canal. We got stuck in a massive downpour. Since we were already soaked, I let my boy run around in a field as he loves summer rain zooms. Finally we made it back to my less then 400 miles new car and he leapt in and tornado dug into his new seat cover. When we got back to my parent's house, the cover was INTACT and NO water or mud soaked through to my seats! It's early Nov 2022 now so there's plenty of time for him to destroy it. But it still looks good as new. I'll update when things change, but that may be a while.
We really like the seat cover that we got from Chewy. It looks great and certainly is doing the job keeping the seats in the car clean and dry.
Love this hammock but it does not wash well! The lining ripped completely off the back while in my washing machine, making the remaining material far too thin to use properly with my 80 lb and 50 lb dogs. I will order another as it’s the only style that will stay in place on my seats. However, I will probably have to hand wash in the future.
I have should be 4 but misplaced 1 so now have 3 of these. I just swap them out every so often. Has come in handy several times driving in the NYC area. Idiots (cabbies) not knowing how to drive, stopping g for no reason at a green from 35mph. Dog-o stays safe n sound in the back seat. No need to worry about her sliding to the floor between front n rear seats.
