    awesome toy

By Rufaloof on Dec 18, 2014

My dog loved the plush version for a whole 10 minutes before it was destroyed. This toy has lasted several weeks and he still loves it. Both parts are holding up well and he plays with them separately also. I hid other things in the rubber tree stump- like rubber balls and bully sticks and he is thrilled. Great toy.

    Great idea...poor quality

By Kayconn on Dec 13, 2014

My golden retriever ate a hole in it the first time he played with it. He is not even a chewer! All his stuffed toys etc are still in tack..

Great for problem solving, not for durability

    By AMK552 on Dec 13, 2014

My dog destroyed it within two times of playing with it. He had fun trying to figure out how to get to the squirrel but it was easier to chew through than I had hoped.

    Not for a aggressive chewer

By Scoop on Dec 7, 2014

Not durable. My basenji mix distroyed this toy. Great idea. Very Cute. BUT my dog distroyed the squirrel with 5 minutes. And the "stump" is in pieces littered around my living room (good thing she spits the pieces out, or she could easily choke). I could see this toy being good for dogs who don't chew/rip up their toys. Otherwise, this is really expensive for 20 minutes of fun.

    Long lasting fun!

By GigiP on Sep 16, 2014

Best toy yet! Our border collie is smart and loves to figure things out. He loves the plush hide and seek toys but they don't last very long. This rubber hide and seek toy is durable. And he can't get the squirrel out so he plays with this toy for a long time. Would totally recommend!

Too tough for my dog . . .

By DenisePomMom on Jul 23, 2014

I have a 5 pound Pomeranian. He's still teething - so even during 'supervised' play - he has a tendency to rip or tear things before I can get them away from him. He has a plush "hide a squirrel' and he tore it up within a few weeks - so I thought this one would be great for him. Unfortunately - even though its not a HUGE toy - its too bulky and unwieldy for him to really get a good grasp on it. It does appear to be well made - and I think a larger dog would love it.

    Love this toy,

By GibsonLP on Mar 18, 2014

At first I wasn't too sure about buying this but turned out to be a huge hit. My Boxer won't put it down. She loves this better then the original hide-a-squirrel.
