perfect except the velcro useless
Good quality and just what I needed for our 19 yr. old lab mix. However the velcro did not work at all. I Had some velcro so I sewed it on to make this work.
Cheap material/ tore with one wear
I put this brace on my dog the day I received it. Right away it seemed to help. I left in on him for approximately 6 hours, during which my dog was doing light activity, including a walk. At the end of the night, I noticed a substantial rip along the seam where the shoulder and the arm meet. The rip was about 5 inches long. I sent the item back to Labra as directed, but didn’t hear anything. I emailed Labra Customer Service today (14 days after receiving the item) and they tell me they have no record of my order or my return request. Guess I’m out $45. I would not recommend this company or this product.
Didn’t work for us.
Instructions were confusing. Video showed one method and pictured showed another. I have a 75lb. Lab. Size large was too small so ordered an Xlarge that was too big.
