For the most acute cases of arthritis, the Labra Extra Supportive Dog Hock Brace may be just what your poor furry friend needs. Arthritis in her rear hock joint (the canine equivalent to your ankle) is not only painful, it can significantly limit her mobility and quality of life. This high-quality compression wrap stabilizes and supports the joint, easing her discomfort and enabling her to move in ways that would otherwise be too painful. Made with metal spring coils to support the joint on both sides, it’s ideal for dogs whose arthritis is severe. At the same time, its sturdy neoprene fabric is flexible enough to allow some freedom of movement. And that means more happy tail wagging all around.

Key Benefits
  • Stabilizes and supports arthritic rear hock joint to reduce pain and facilitate increased motility.
  • Made of high-quality 3-mm neoprene so it’s sturdy, supportive and flexible at the same time.
  • Metal spring coils on both sides take as much stress off the joint as possible.
  • Easy to put on and take off, so it minimizes stress and frustration for both you and your pooch.
  • Available in several sizes so it’s suitable for small, medium and large dogs.

    Labra Braces are Well Made

By Gretchen on May 23, 2021

I bought 2 Labra braces for my lab but it turns out he has a type of arthritis that will not be helped by the braces. I had used one of the braces on Otis until he went to the vet and I was told they would not help him. Chewy refunded my money and asked me to donate the braces to my local shelter, which I did. I am very impressed with the way I was treated by Chewy and will continue to purchase all my pet supplies from them. By the way, the braces were very well made and I'm sure they would benefit a dog that needed them.

    Too big of brace

By Cotton on Jul 13, 2021

It did not work for my dog; it was too big for him. I even got the smallest size they had. I thought the extra support would be good, but it was too much and too big.

    great product

By charlie on Apr 2, 2021

i bought 2 medium and the one large. took them with one of our dogs to the vet. he had been wrapping her hock in ace bandages after trying a soft cast. our nine year old has had problems for years. since she is so old, we didn't want to disrupt her life by crating her. we didn't even know she needed a support on her front leg, but she came out of the vet with one on the rear leg and one on the front. she is now hopping back on the bed. 80 pound tibetan mastiff mix. we have a 120 lb. dane mix and are keeping this stronger one in case he needs it later. he is also 9. birthday a month apart. so my veterinarian approved after telling me for years that no product worked. so congratulations!
