Offer a fresh serving of Tropical Fruit Nutri-Berries daily, placing in a clean food dish. Serve as much as you think your bird will eat in a 12-hour period (about 12 to 14 Nutri-Berries). Let your bird empty the food dish before adding more the same day. As the main source of nutrition, feed 80% Nutri-Berries for the total diet and 20% fresh fruits and veggies. Always provide plenty of clean, fresh water. For more foraging fun, "hide" some Nutri-Berries in other places where your bird enjoys hanging out. Be sure your feathered pal finds these within the day! Transitioning tip: Most birds accept nutri-berries right away; however, if your bird does not intially eat the Nutri-Berries, crumble them and mix with current diet until accepted. Any Lafeber food may also be fed as a nutritional snack.
