Lifesaver!
By JanMc on May 29, 2020
We feed our small birds a pellet diet sold by our veterinarian. We have a new and young parakeet who hasn’t wanted to be weaned off seed diet. I bought this as a topper for our regular pellet brand and it did the trick! Baby is wiping out the food dish daily now and there’s no seed in it! From now on, I’ll use the combination of both foods. Great stuff!

My birds love it!
By BirdieMamma on Nov 4, 2019
This is the only pellet bird food that my two cockatiels will eat. They love it, and my vet said it's excellent for them! It's a little expensive, but I don't mind the cost, because I want to give them the healthiest food possible!

Worth the wait
By Patty on Aug 4, 2019
My 8 parakeets took a long time to get used to pellets. I had to crush them up before putting them in their dish, and even then, they pretty much picked at it for a year or two. But now they've incorporated them whole, without crushing them, into their seed diet, which makes me very happy! They need more than seed, I know, so they get the pellets, pellet berries, romaine lettuce, bee pollen, missing link, millet sprays and rosemary from the garden.

I bought this to see if my parakeets would eat it. It sat in the cage for about a day but when I went to refill their bowl they flew down and started eating out of my hand!!

Parakeet recommend by doctor
By Lisa on Jan 22, 2019
So I was reprimanded for a seed diet. Was told they would like these clusters of "healthier food". My girl birds love them, my boy birds wont go near them. You have to keep picking them up though because trying to eat the large cluster often tosses it to the floor. Overall has also eliminated boredom which is always good.

Excellent Product!
By Rosie5818 on Oct 6, 2018
I was searching for a good pellet food for my parakeet which I rescued from outdoors. She would only eat seed and didn't like the first pellet food I purchased. So I tried this product on the recommendation of the reviews, and my girl went crazy over it. She couldn't wait to get at it when I was first filling her dish.

My birds would only eat seeds for three years. I introduced them to the pellets and they loved them.
