Rabbit Wouldn't Eat it

My rabbit will barely touch it, it would take him a day or two to eat a whole bowl and would leave much of it. Upon looking closer, it is infected completely with bugs. I've never had this experience before and I have a rabbit and Guinea pigs. Never again
