Hit or Miss.
I bought these for my long haired cat because he won’t eat any other hair ball treatments. With these he will eat them if they’re crushed up and mixed into his food. He just takes longer to eat his food then without them. They do work really well when he takes them. We haven’t had a hair ball problem since along with his usually daily brush. Our other cat doesn’t even seem to notice these aren’t a normal treat. Then again, he will eat anything that isn’t a rock.
My cats will not eat!
I don't know why, but my cats don't like it. They wouldn't eat it. I put it in their food and they picked it out. Any suggestions?
I have five cats. I gave each of them one chewable. 3 ate the first one, 2 wouldn't touch them. One acted like it was gagging just from the smell. (Yep, fishy smell!) I tried to give the 3 that ate the first chewable another the next day. They wouldn't touch them either. The product may be wonderful, but in all honesty, I can't comment on it because my cats are jerks! Gave the bottle to my sister. Maybe her cats will like them.
A Big Maybe
It maybe an excellent product, but my picky cat won't have it under any circumstances. We tried giving it straight out of the bottle, hiding it in treats, hiding it in wet food. We even crushed it and tried all of the above scenarios but still no go. Be prepared.
My kitties are on prescription diets and get really constipated. This product got them unstuck in record time. I’m a believer. Saved me another trip to the vet.
Not For My Cat
18 yr old with health issues. She wouldn't touch them. Absolutely would not eat.
Works for my cats..
This seems to be working for my cats. I have 3 cats, 2 like this chewable, One doesn't. Of course the one that won't eat it is the one who really needs it.
Kitties like them
All 3 of my cats enjoy these. One cat is very picky and still likes them. Worth trying it.
Cats don’t like
My cat wouldn’t eat it! I have it to the feral cats and they wouldn’t either.
M cat Guys won't even sniff them
My guys are fussy. I have been seeking something which is easy to administer, help with hairballs, healthy skin and fur, and not cause diarrhea for years. One more strike out with this one. They love some healthy treats but only crunchy ones. Anything soft or gel they won't tough. I would love to find tiny capsules which would not choke them but all those I have tried are too large for cats. They won't eat their food if I add any kind of supplement or oils. Anyone have ideas - would love to hear.
