The red light turned on for my filter. I ordered a New filter and changed it. The red light won’t turn off. I’ve tried turning it off. Unplugging it. Re-installing the filter. Pressing the filter button. Nothing. Still stays red. I love this thing. What am I doing wrong?

For the Core P350, you will need to turn on the purifier, then press and hold on the red filter light for 5 seconds to reset it.

Can I put this in the closet with the litter box?

This purifier can help with litter box odors. However, the litter box can feed odors into the filter which can cancel out the benefits. LEVOIT recommends cleaning the litter box quickly so that the carbon filter does not get used up too quickly. Otherwise, the unit is okay to use in a closet with a litter box.

Works well

I bought this for my room with the cat litter boxes. I am using it about a week and I do not smell anything. Please note, I clean the box out every time the cat uses it. So there is never lingering waste, however, the room can get a smell anyway. I have no longer noticed it since using this filter.

Waste of money

I’m going to start with that I really love Chewy and what they’re about. I was super excited to try this because my boyfriend is heavily allergic to my cat and I recently had to move in with him and his family. The allergies got so bad that I decently to save up my paycheck and invest in this filter be used of it amazing reviews, so I am extremely bummed it didn’t work out for me. I keep it on high at all times and even leave the windows closed but the allergies seem to be the same. I’ve used it for about a month now and I recently checked the filter and there is barely any dust that’s been caught! Very sad because I wanted to love this being that I’m a college student and spent a good amount of money on this :(

Not that good

This pet version is about $30 more expensive than the regular version, but it cannot connect to Wi Fi and mobile apps, and cannot be monitored in real-time like the regular version. And when I adjust the wind speed to 3, it will make a loud noise, but it is not continuous. I don't know if there is any damage to it.

Excellent for IBD Smells

I've only had this purifier for a couple weeks, but it has been excellent so far. I have a cat with IBD and the diarrhea flare ups smells atrocious. Awful and will linger for an hour at least. We turn this on level 3 as soon as we smell a stinky, clean the box, and in about 7-10 minutes the smell is almost completely gone. That is shocking. Highly recommend. We'll see how often I need to change the filter and what it does to the electric bill. So far though, it is a miracle worker.

Levoit air purifier

I bought this air purifier specifically because it was for homes with pets. The unit is a nice size for the bedroom. It is very quiet on the medium and low settings. It is small enough to sit on a table or dresser.

Works well

Haven't had this that long. Bought it because we have 8 cats and one dog. The dust from the cat litter and the cat hair bothered one of our cats that is allergic. It does seem to work and it has really cut back on the cat hair.

Loving it so far!

I have 4 cats and 3 dogs and I’ve been using this purifier for a little over a week now and I can already breathe in the fresher air! I keep this one in my living room and keep it running throughout the whole day and I plan to buy another one for my room where my cats mainly sleep in. Highly recommend!

Relief At Last!

I have had cats all my life and never had any problems. But recently, I started experiencing severe sinus/allergy issues. I purchased a humidifier which helped but decided to also purchase this wonderful machine. I am feeling 100% better. I keep the fan on the lowest setting 24/7. It's nice looking, the perfect size for my bedroom, and quiet. I am super happy with this purchase!
