I really like my Litter Genies. I have two, one by each litter box and find them very convenient. It's easy enough to empty a full one and also to replace the used up 'refill' with a new one. Sometimes there's a slight odor when I open the lid to put in the fresh clumps, but it's mild and doesn't last I really like my Litter Genies. Good product, but expensive refills

I don't think it makes much sense to offer a 25% discount a 2-pack refill, and a 21% discount on 12 -pack refills. Obviously, the thing to do would be to order six 2-refill packs. Not surprisingly, the 2- pack is sold out, since most people can do the math. I like the Litter Genie, but there are less expensive refill packs on the market which fit the Litter Genie. In addition, there are frames which will fit the Litter Genie top and allow you to use any bag. You will have to look around, but the product is out there. … more

Some problems with this

Several times I've had the experience of tearing off the dispenser strip and being unable to pull out a single layer of the plastic bag. It comes out doubled over, and you can't put the toothpaste back in the tube, so to speak. I've written to the company and they sent me a coupon for replacement, but it has happened on other packages since then. They seem to have a design problem. They are also expensive, especially if you have to waste some like this.

Litter Genie is a truly wonderful thing to have if you have multiple cats. I can empty my litter everyday into a sealed container no smell and no need to run the garbage out every day.
