does this help with matted fur

This foam spray will help with hair mats. Glycerin is a safe ingredient, even if consumed. It is a humectant, so it retains moisture and leaves a nice shine on your cat’s coat. It also detangles hair, moisturizes skin and coat, reduces itchy skin, and reduces skin flaking.
is it a dry shampoo or does it need water

This foam shampoo does not need water. Massage the foam wash into your pet’s fur. Then, gently brush the excess foam out.

Best bath for kitty
The foam smells nice, but not too strong. My kitty was uncertain until I massaged the shampoo into the fur on her back. She loved it! Her fur is conditioned and soft. This was a good buy.

The best!!!
My cats love this stuff. They want me to wash them daily, which I don’t. I think it’s because the males prefer not to groom themselves. Honestly, the scent is lovely and very very light. The kitties enjoy the quick clean up. Dries quickly and one to two pumps goes a long way.
Finally a no fuss bath day
My kitty was indifferent to the foam but did not get angry which is a major plus! I needed to use more than a “dollop” to cover my whole cat. Great option for fussy kitties
