It’s a Hit (a sugar hit!)!

These refills are an absolute favorite for my six-year-old OTTB. He has both the tongue twister and a jolly roller stall toy to help both his youth-driven boredom and mouthy-ness. These definitely do the trick and he seems to love every flavor available. Just be forewarned that if you have one with a sweet tooth like mine, they might go through them fairly quick—as fast as a few hours to a couple days, so I will put the salt refill in until it’s time to treat him to a sweet snack. Likewise, he has the metabolism of a hummingbird, so I’m less concerned with a sugar-spike or founder, but for those who have the Cushing/insulin-resistant types, might be wise to use caution, just in case.
