Little is Right!
Not worth the money. I ordered 2 - received one that looked like the photo, the other one was about half that size.
terrible harmful.
My little dog chewed this bone and after a while, there was a piece with a sharp point about 1/4" x 2" that broke off.
Nice, but NOT X-Large
We have bought a few antlers over the years and we were looking for the largest possible, as we have a Rottweiler who loves them and chews them down fairly rapidly. The image, price, and description were a little misleading, as we were expecting one that was at least a couple of inches longer. We understand these will vary since they are real, and will probably buy a different brand the next time for comparison.
Great antler!
My dog loved the split antler because she could get to the bone marrow easier than the whole antler. Quality is great, this is a hard brown antler versus other ones I bought in the past which were bleached. The length of the antler is not that big, but it is definitely heavier and denser than other brands. Definitely recommend.
Perfect split Antler as described
I ordered the large for my Spitz, this is the first time I see him get on it as soon as he got it...it seems like it will last a while too, access to the marrow makes him not get bored of it easily. Very dense for a deer antler, no odor whatsoever, definitely grade A stuff.
Sizing is ridiculous, especially for cost
I ordered the large for my 20lb dogs (large is sized for 22--44lb dogs). The antler was described as being between 2.9 - 4.2oz (which one has to trust, because who knows what split antlers weigh per inch?). Mine arrived at 2.9 ounces and is ridiculously small--6" long and 1 1/4" across--especially considering the high price. Fortunately I have a 12lb dog "niece" who will love it, because there's no way I'm giving it even to my 20lb dogs.
Poor value
I am very disappointed It is very small for a medium dog. About half the size that I expected maybe 5 inches at most and being split may 65 lb dog will be thru it in minutes. I was about to call you and return. Not worth $20.00
