Dove loves it!
By Melissa on Feb 11, 2021
I bought this for my ringneck dove and then thought it was too wide when it arrived. Planned on having to return it, but I let him try it out and he loves it.

Great perch for the pidgies!
By Nics3451 on Dec 23, 2020
I had a hard time finding a pedi perch large enough for my pigeons and this things is BIG haha. I went with a size large. It's also quite heavy, so I wouldn't recommend it for a thin, bitty cage, unless you go with a smaller size. Works perfect for my heavy duty wires, though.

Sturdy perch
By Debbie on Jan 25, 2021
This perch is exactly as described. Very sturdy. It has two metal washers, one for inside the cage and one for the outside with a metal nut. My bird loves it.

Much larger than expected
By AlexM on Nov 17, 2020
Just received and it's really more for a Macaw than African Grey. I chose by the reference listed on the product description, will have to return and order medium. Very heavy also,it is definitely a well made perch but the size comparison to the type of bird is not reliable.

One per cage
By buslady on Dec 4, 2020
I have one of these in every one of my 6 cages of smaller birds (parrotlet, lovebirds, parakeets). I think it really helps their nails and gives them a different perch diameter and shape.

Small 4 an African grey
By Africangrey on Jan 1, 2021
It seems small for an African grey. I purchased what the size recommendation was for African Grey and it just seems really small.

Awesome perches!
By Cthulhu on Oct 29, 2020
I purchased these to replace some of the dowel perches that came with my Quaker’s cage. I like that they are smooth on my bird’s feet while being rough on the sides to help keep her nails trimmed without having to stress her out by taking her to the vet to have them clipped.

Bird Perch
By Sunshine on Dec 12, 2020
The Cement bird perch is small but they like to stand on it. My bird was afraid of the blue color and it took a while but he likes it now. I do recommend.

Took a little time before my cockatiel would go near it.
By Bluebird on Sep 6, 2020
My bird suddenly started acting differently. Not sleeping in his sling house, not perching in his normal favorite spots. I noticed his nails a wee bit long. Because of Covid, didn’t want to take him to get a trim, so I purchased one of these perches and crossed my fingers. I do have varying sizes and textures of perches in his compound. This one is a little larger in width. I left it outside of his habitat for a few days, then installed it near his water. Got worried and had to relocate it because he wouldn’t go near it, nor the water. Eventually he went near it. I placed the smoother side up. Still hasn’t used it, but he has been checking it out so I’m hopeful.
