Decently made, but some issues arise
By Emma on Dec 6, 2020
"Chew resistant" is a decent term, but make sure you keep in mind that a determined animal will chew through anything shy of metal. Our smallest girls are hybrid wildies (rats) and between the two of them turned a hole that started out the size of a dime into about the size of a quarter while they were in the carrier while we were cleaning their cage. It was also a HUGE pain to put the halves together properly when we received it, but once I managed to wrestle it into submission it was sturdy enough and is a suitable size for one or 2 rats to be transported at a time, which is what I bought it for. The latch on the top can be a little challenging to operate one handed at times, which is problematic "Chew resistant" is a decent term, but make sure you keep in mind that a determined animal will chew through anything shy of metal. Other than these issues, I am overall fairly pleased with the product for the price. It largely lives up to its item description and it works well enough as a carrier, though it seems I should probably not use it for cage cleaning day anymore and sort out an alternative. I give it a 7/10. Picture of chewed hole for reference: … more

Chewed Through It
By Haley on Nov 28, 2020
Nice and sturdy; fit two of my adult male rats. Could fit all three for a trip down the road, but it would be a little tight. Knocking it a star because the top is a little difficult to open and shut quickly, and my rats chewed right through it in about an hour or two. It's not bad enough that it's unusable, and the bottom is pretty sturdy.

Read this!
By Miffy on Dec 13, 2020
This carrier is well made, and very cute. I am giving it three stars, because the description was misleading. It was in the rabbit section, and said rabbits can fit. Don’t get it for a rabbit! My dwarf rabbit, HARDLY fits and can barely turn around when she’s in it. A normal sized rabbit could never fit in this. I wouldn’t buy it for rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pigs, or ferrets because they’re too big for it. It would be good for mice, rats, hamsters, gerbils, and maybe hedgehogs, and maybe sugar gliders. But I’m not sure.

Smaller then expected
By MiniRexMama on Jan 1, 2021
When I was shopping around, the description said this was good for rabbits. We have a mini Rex and he seems uncomfortable in it. He’s still small, so it’ll work for now. However, I will need to purchase a new one. I wish it was available in a larger size because I absolutely love the carrier.

Good transport carrier
By LJBeardie on Nov 5, 2020
Based on other reviews, I was afraid this carrier might be too small for my niece's bearded dragon. He is about two feet long from head to tail. Reviews were generally very positive for this product so we decided to give it a try. So glad we did. It is easy to use and we like the "openness" of it. There is a clear lid and open air slot holes along the side. We feel secure transporting the bearded dragon in it. By the way, he fits fine. We like that it's plastic, not cloth, so we can easily wipe it down when needed. The carrier is well made; we've not had any issues with it. It's easy for the kids to use (open and close the latches and transport their pet).

good for 1 full grown guinea pig
By Lore on Nov 5, 2020
It is big enough for a full grown guinea pig. You could add some liners or some bedding and not worry about it coming out. I do recommend just one full grown guinea pig. They will have space to stretch and adjust but just enough. Only for temporary use which is good for trips to the vet or anything. It looks sturdy the handles are a little iffy but it should be fine if you hold it from the bottom. I do recommend liners or some sort of bedding for your furry friends comfort.

Fits my Sugar Gliders
By Aliz on Dec 13, 2020
I have 2 Sugar Gliders and they fit perfectly in there with their blanket. I put them in there when I'm cleaning their cage or when I'm taking them to the vet. Could possibly fit 3 or 4. They were confused at first because it was new, but after a few minutes they crawled into their blanket and went to sleep.

The Perfect Carrier
By Transporter on Jan 4, 2021
This carrier was perfect for my daughters rabbit. Blossom(the rabbit) is about 7 lbs so she fit in the carrier nicely. She seems comfortable in it and it’s super easy to transport from one place to the other. Definitely a great purchase.

Bought for hamster
By ecg0066 on Dec 3, 2020
I bought this for my hamster. It arrived today and was much bigger than I thought which is okay I dont mind. The clear plastic part does feel cheap and was scratched but not broken. It was hard to assemble as the lid did not properly fit on top of the bottom but with a bit of stretching I got it on. 4/5 just be careful when assembling.

Garbage (that's where it went after I put it together)
By DeguMom on Oct 18, 2020
After I was finally able to "snap" it into place which took about twenty minutes due to the shoddy plastic manufacturing I was not confident it would stay attached. The clear plastic lid on top opens and closes by pressing in a tab on the side and it is exceptionally flimsy, seems like it will break after a few uses.
