Cats Didn’t Like It
By Dana on Jul 11, 2019
I originally bought a small bag from the store and the cats loved it. Then, I ordered this bag from chewy (the exact same food) and my cats won’t touch it. It’s unfortunate because I bought the big expensive bag.

My cat didn’t like it

My cat didn’t like. The food didn’t have any smell that kittys like. 3 stars just for the ingredients I like

Slim your cat down
By kitty on Jan 23, 2019
I read the ingredients and they seemed just what i wanted. Unfortunately none of my four cats liked it. Don't know why except it was difficult to eat. Two cats tried to eat it but the pieces are thick and very hard. I watched them try to bite in to pieces but just spit them out. I'm not saying no cat would eat this but mine wouldn't. They eat dry food all day but i guess they're too spoiled and too lazy to put in the effort. It seems to be a good product though.

Lower price, practically instant delivery
By debgeff on Nov 18, 2018
I'm very happy with the service, the product and the price! My (overweight) cat gradually lost weight eating this and she seems to like the taste a lot. Although, of course, not as much as the higher calorie food her brother eats.

Dry but Just Right
By kevinizon on Apr 20, 2017
This is food I like to give my cat when she's begging "more more more". She eats it, its nutritious, but its less desirable to her... thus it kinda works within a diet scenario.

Excellent solution for both my cats! Fast shipping, good prices!
By BillyCooper on Dec 3, 2015
My Maine Coon has a sensitive stomach and my Tabby is finicky, this food has been an excellent solution for both our big boys! Chewy has excellent service and I signed up for the automatic shipping every few weeks!

I recommend with reservation
By Snicky on Nov 16, 2015
I am sure this is a good quality food but my cats are not fond of it. I am trying to transition my cat who has liver/pancreas/digestive issues from RX Science Diet to a more natural food that's low fat. It's a challenge because he is finicky about his food. He will eat the Science Diet WD food so I started mixing the Lotus dry with the Science Diet. He will eat it if he is real hungry only after first picking out all the Science Diet from the bowl. I tried giving it to my other 3 cats but they don't like it either. I am still trying to slowly transition to this food but am not very optimistic. :-(

Recommend for overweight cats.
By Caliente on Mar 24, 2015
My cat is a "chow hound" and a bit overweight. She eats this for dry food and a bit of wet food twice a day so she gets the appropriate balance for her digestion. She eats it so I rate it as excellent.

Cats didn't go for this
By SteveATL on Feb 2, 2015
My cats eat grain free and high protein. Tried this as it looks like good wholesome ingredients and low fat. However, they didn't go for it...would nibble at it but not eat it. Sorry, but won't be ordering this again!
