Description

Your dog will be barking “more please” for the Lotus Oven-Baked Lamb & Turkey Liver Small Bites Recipe Grain-Free Dry Dog Food. An excellent choice for dogs with allergies and sensitivities, this recipe is made with fresh lamb, turkey liver and Polluck—and you can hold the potatoes and grains that often cause tummy upsets. The natural ingredients are then oven baked into crunchy yumminess, which takes a little longer, but the results are worth it because it retains more amino acids, proteins and vitamins for your dog. And because oven baking means lower starch gelantinization, that equals lower glucose levels in the blood.

Key Benefits
  • Grain and potato-free small bites kibble is great for smaller dogs with allergies and sensitivities.
  • Made with 40% fresh lamb, turkey liver and Pollock and 0% rendered protein meals.
  • Low 7.50% ash for healthy urinary tract and kidneys, plus 1.25% calcium and .70% phosphorus.
  • Oven baked in small batches to preserve nutrients and promote lower glucose levels in the blood.
  • Made with care in Canada with natural ingredients and flavors.

My Doxies Beg For This Food!

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

Finally, a food that my fur children love! We have been very pleased with this food. The small kibble is perfect for my miniature dachshunds. Agrees with their digestive system well. Have also tried the duck. They love it all! Don't hesitate feeding this. You won't be disappointed! Please keep carrying this!

    New Lamb/Liver Turkey Combo

    By on

I was worried at first when Lotus was not manufacturing any longer the Lamb small bites only , I had to give it a try to the new combo(lamb and turkey liver) and my baby loves her new food just as much. Lotus is well known for having great quality food thats why it is not cheap but I can't imagine giving my non human kid anything else.

    Excellent quality

    By on

Although I feed my almost 14 year old border collie Honest Kitchen, I use this for his treat ball. Lotus food is from Canada---a big plus---and low in ash. I am a repeat buyer. At first I used to use the lamb which was all lamb but they switched the formula. This is a hit as well.

My Dog Won't Eat This Food

    By on

This is no reflection on chewy.com. But Lotus stopped making the Baked Lamb Small Bites and started adding the turkey liver. My dog will not touch it. She has eaten the Lamb for 8 years and loved it. We are not happy.
