This has great ingredients, including the fruit that I was looking for. I have one redheaded woodpecker, a pair of cardinals, a pair of squirrels, and numerous small birds that love to eat this mix from my hanging tray feeder every day. I gave it 4 stars because it could have a little less corn. All the birds and even the squirrels will gobble everything else first but leave most of the corn to the last in the feeder.

My little birds and all the others love this food. I get quite a crowd every day.

Thought I would treat my Downy's and Flickers to some really special food this time, and they won't touch it! Won't eat it even if I take the cheap Menard's food away! So much for quality costs more! Maybe they are just "too country" for the "high falluting" stuff? Haha

This food is ok but not a favorite of my birds. It is the last to be eaten. The pieces are quite large, perhaps too large for many of the small birds that come to feeder. I bought it for lure my woodpeckers to the feeder. They like Kaylees fruit and nut (high waste) better, or the insects under the tree bark. Fine tunes has smaller sized pieces and is waste free.

My Flickers and White-headed Woodpeckers only eat Peanut or Bluebird Nuggets and No-Melt Suet, but the Acorn Woodpeckers, Mountain Chickadees, White-breasted and Pygmy Nuthatches, Steller's Jays and Black-headed Grosbeaks (and, of course, Grey Squirrels, Ground Squirrels and Rabbits) love it. A really good mix of nuts and shelled Sunflower seeds with a small amount of cracked corn

I only have 1 feeder out, right now. And this seed is waste free and many different birds just love it!

Woodpeckers, nuthatches, chickadees, wrens and the titmouse love this food. No waste makes it easy for a no mess yard.

The number of birds frequenting my mountain home has increased since adding Lyric Woodpecker mix to my offerings. I have several species of birds not to mention at least five woodpecker varieties.

I was looking for a product sold in larger bags ie 20lbs or more to feed backyard animals squirrels chipmunks deer and birds. Here it is deer like it too.

Yup. No one dislikes this stuff. Not. One. Bird. It's worth every penny.
