Looks good to me, but not to cats

I got this a couple days ago and have put it out each day to see if they would like any flavors and so far it has been a big nope from both of my cats. The one who will usually eat gravy/broth/sauce I thought would skip the chunky bits but she sniffed and refused to even try it. The one who will eat chunky bits sniffed and completely refused also. So it may be donated to my local shelter instead, though I will hang on to it for a bit and try again next month first.

I still have to make up my mind.

This product was delivered promptly and as expected. I decided to try some different cat foods because I had to throw out 48 cans of Fancy Feast Chicken Tuscany that were contaminated by white larvae. For the past 4 - 5 years I have been relying on Fancy Feast Gravy Cat Foods for my wet cat foods and they are generally well received by my cats. The Nachos Gravy Recipies look good to me but my cat was ambivalent. She promptly licked all the gravy leaving the chunks of meat. Later on she ate about 1/3 the meat and the rest I had to throw out. Maybe if the solids were in smaller chunks or shredded they would have been more fully consumed. I will keep trying and make up my mind after more servings are given to my remaining cat. I do like the selection and the food looked good to me but it my cat who makes the final determination.

Maybe for people?

We thought this product was going to be our favorite wet cat food but they don't like it! We could not believe it. We gave it to our inside cat and our "outside" cat, and neither one of them liked it! They licked some of the gravy, ate a little bit of the packet, and then walked away from each flavor/type every time we offered it. It is very nicely packaged, very fresh as far as we could tell, but does not get the cat's vote.

Cats don’t care for it

I was hoping to find an alternative to cat food in BPA lined cans, but this product isn’t the answer since my cats lick up the broth and barely touch the meat product, which appears to be nuggets of ground meats and filler.

Passable but a bit inconsistent

My cats are on the fence about this food. It looks appealing. However, some pouches are drier than others, and my cats don't enjoy dry, fairly large pieces of meat. Nothing is lost though, as my two semi feral porch cats have no issues with size/moisture content and gobble it up.

she loves the broth

My cat won't eat the meat? She cleans up the broth she loves that. I tried breaking the meat smaller it looks like good real meat? She likes the gravy foods hates pate' makes it too expensive for us.

Nacho Made

Previously my cats (2 of the 3) enjoyed the canned selections by Nacho but the pouch version they want nothing to do with it. SMH - I don't understand what it is that encourages them to eat or not eat. I tried the tough love act - serve it, give them 45 minutes to eat and if they don't eat back in the Tupperware container it goes to be served for noon time meal. My cats give me the look. I guess they are like people - sometimes all I want to eat is a bowl of popcorn and other times I want a big hamburger with all the toppings. Tha'ts fine by me kiddie kats! I can roll with that. The food looks good, pleasant texture though I manually mashed it for them. It smells okay too as some of the cat foods make me gag. I think other cats would enjoy this chef fancy food.

Yum Yum!!!!

My Trixie absolutely loves these. She's partial to the chicken flavor most, but enjoys the variety of this pack. She meows and meows until I get out of bed and then runs to the kitchen for breakfast now. Usually eats the whole meal.

one cat liked and one cat didn't like

First thing is the envelopes are a little small. If you feed a cat 2 times a day then you need a meal with 78- 100 calories a meal. Since these were lower in calories I just added a little dry food on the side. One cat liked it and one didn"t. Nice little chunks like chunks in gravy. Not bad if your cat likes it.

liked the juice not the bits of meat

I like the idea that its made in the USA, but the cats only licked up the juice, and left the little bit of fish/meat.
