snuggle bed
We purchased our 52 inch bed because a dog we were pet sitting brought their bed over for their stay with us. My dogs immediately took it over as theirs. They live to burrow into the sides. The thick canvas fabric can hold up to my dogs moving the bed around & nesting into it, though it is not for dogs who like to chew on their beds.
Once I got the size right, it was a hit!
Our dog loves it! She likes to tuck her nose, so this is perfect for that. She's currently laying in it snoring. She's 55 lbs with a 29 inch chest. I got the medium at first and you can see from the two pictures we needed to upgrade to the large.
Sorry I Purchased This Variety
This was at least the fifth Majestic Pet Bagel Dog Bed that I have purchased. It is, BY FAR, the worst. I bought it in the maroon twill/canvas(?) covering. I've previously always had the suede version; never had a problem, and loved them. Not this time. This fabric makes noise every.single.time. the dog goes in or out of the bed, which my dog does a lot through out the day and night. Since the bed is in a bedroom, this noise is a problem during the night. Also, it is not water/liquid proof as advertised. The bottom material may be, but my dog had an accident, and the entirety of it went immediately through the bed AT THE SEAM and soaked everything beneath it. This waterproof feature was one of the reasons I went with this fabric choice, and it totally failed. Not happy and I won't purchase Majestic Pet again, despite loving them in the past.
Favorite bed by far!
Last March I bought a 40” bagel bed for my newly adopted German Shepherd, Dixie. She ADORED it! Last week I bought a second Majestic Pet bagel bed to keep in the living room. Now she has two favorites - plus the cuddling factor for Dixie’s best buddy, Ellie, is off the chart!

I am just about to wash the bed for the first time. I think it may depend on the washer you have, if it eats the bed or not. I have a huge top loader and it should be fine. But wouldn't want to try it in a front loader. For the people that say the middle did not stay supportive... throw an old pillow in the bottom for more support. I will buy again in a heart beat. Love that my dogs can also scratch, dig, and fluff to their hearts content and no rips or tears.
Dog loves it
I purchased this for my 75 lb Labrador retrievers. She immediately loved it and chooses it over her other beds. I was disappointed with how limp it was. I feel like it could use some more filler but as long as she likes it, it’ll stay. She has only been using it for a few days so I cannot comment on how durable it is yet.

I ordered the 52 inch for my very large dog. She absolutely LOVES it and it's the first bed I've bought for her that's actually big enough for her. The box arrives so small but when you open it, it expands so big! For size comparison, here is a picture of her in it compared to a pure bred Labrador retriever (who on the smaller side compared to some labs). I've had the bed for about 3 months now and even through she often scratches her bed before laying down, she hasn't made any holes.
So big and comfy!

My dogs loved it so much I ordered another one
I got the 32 inch one and it's big enough for my large coonhound to curl up in. It's very comfy, well padded and I love the burgundy color.
Had it for a year, Wasn’t shredded to bits
This is the first bed that my dog did not shred or tear up!!! Although there is a small hole in it from my Great Dane dragging it around the house... which is not bad for a year of use! It’s machine washable and I leave it outside to dry.
