This is great sized bag for my one chinchilla for now, lasts him almost a whole month, but he also gets hay and other foods as well.
The bag came with holes so I don't think I should give it to my chin.
The last several deliveries I have gotten have had damaged product due to how it is packaged. I ordered this bag to switch over to new brand. As soon as I grabbed it i knew it had holes in it. So now I’m thinking how long have the holes been there? How long will it remain fresh? I had no choice but to keep it because I needed it. But I think from now on anything I can find in a brick and mortar store I will purchase that way. I work in grocery retail and I would never place an item on the shelf that is damaged or has holes. Other than this, I like Chewy. Just gonna choose carefully what I order from now on
I have a very spoiled and ultra picky chinchilla that only wants to eat treats. I have bought him every brand name food pellets I could get my hands on. He wouldn't touch any of them. When I saw this brand on Chewy I wasn't expecting anything different, but he loves it! I'm so happy he's eating a more balanced diet now.
